Fantastic apartment - we had a wonderful stay in Palermo.

Pros: It was in a great location - walking distance to everywhere! It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Monica and Fabio were very lovely, kind people, offering lots of local tips and suggestions. Would absolutely recommend.

Cons: Nothing negative to say.

Great stay in vibrant Palermo

Pros: The apartment had all the amenities needed for a perfect holiday. It has a great location, within walking distance to the old town center. The owners are the nicest people you could ever meet. I will definitely want to return.

Comfortable, conveniently located and attractive apartment with kind and generous hosts

Pros: This was my second stay in this prettily furnished, comfortable and conveniently located apartment. The hosts were extremely hospitable and accommodating, enabling an early check-in and leaving a lovely welcome gift of fruit, wine and pastries. The apartment is a nice size, impeccably clean and equipped with everything you would need for your stay. It is very well-situated, close to shops and a short walk to the Teatro Massimo and the Capo Market.

Cons: Everything was perfect.

Pros: The cleanliness of the apartment, proximity to centre of the city. The apartment had everything you need for a shorter or longer stay ( washing machine, laundry dryer) The hosts were nice and helpful. Signora Monica made some delicious almond cookies for me🙂.

Cons: Well, the only thing that I did not like was the noise coming from the streets. You cannot have a profound sleep starting 6 o'clock in the morning...

Pros: Very cosy apartment, has everything for short and long stay, feels like home. Amazingly hospitable and caring hosts who live next to the apartment (shared entrance).

Cons: Very busy and noisy area even at night and weekend, windows are not sound-proof. A bit far from old town, markets, port and touristic attractions, 20-40 minutes on foot.

Pros: We liked everything in the apartment. The family welcome us with homemade cookies, wine and fruits. We had also free coffee and bottles of water. Very good location which allowed us to sightseeing Palermo by walk. The area is very crowded, there are a lot of shops, restaurants, market, supermarket ect. The place is ecuipt with everything you might need for your stay. Thanks you, Monica and see you soon !

Perfect apartment with wonderfully considerate hosts

Pros: The kind, charming and generous hosts greeted me with a complimentary bottle of wine, fruit and home-made pastries and offered a lot of helpful advice for my stay.The apartment was prettily furnished, immaculately clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything you could need during your stay. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils and appliances (cooker, espresso machine etc.) and provided coffee, olive oil and other condiments, and cleaning supplies. The bathroom had a washing machine and complimentary detergent. The living room and bedroom are air-conditioned. The apartment is well-situated: close to several supermarkets, bakeries and fruit and vegetable stalls and just a ten-minute walk from the Capo market and the Teatro Massimo.

Cons: Everything was perfect.

Pros: The apartment is great - the view, facilities, comfort, proximity to all of the most important sights. The owners are amazing, made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

The host was very friendly and helpful, they even prepared some small welcome ‘gifts’.

Pros: Very cozy and spacious apartment for one person, and the apartment was well-equipped. Walking distance to the center.

Pros: Апартаменти дуже затишні, комфортні. Враховані всі дрібниці для комфортного перебування на любий період. Знаходяться в жилому кварталі з гарною інфраструктурою, поруч є все необхідне: магазини, торгові лотки, пекарні та ін. До туристичного центру хвилин 15-20 пішки. Господарі дуже приємні та допоможуть з любими питаннями.
