If you fix a few flaws, it's a great apartment

Pros: Two separate bedrooms with double beds. Air conditioning in the rooms. Nice big white towels

Cons: The kitchen lacks cleanliness - the surfaces look sticky, the towels and cleaning cloths are dirty. We couldn't plug the kettle into any of the sockets in the kitchen, we had to plug it into the extension cord next to the TV. The shower is cold, the shower door doesn't close, there's barely enough hot water for 4 people to take a normal bath.

Pros: Location and facilities were great. Easy access to the central train station and walking distance to all key sites. Host was amazing!!!

Cons: Be aware there are 49 stairs to get to the apartment. We did fine but if you had large heavy bags and were not in tip top shape could be an issue .

Pros: The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable with a nice huge terrace. The host was very friendly and responsive. The location is convenient - everything is in walkable distance, the city center, the supermarket, the train/bus station. The only downside to this location is the proximity of the street market, the streets might get dirty. I’m aware this has nothing to do with the apartment, it’s a problem of the city of Palermo. I would gladly stay at the apartment again.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Palermo! The location is perfect—super easy to get everywhere from here, whether you’re walking or using public transport. The apartament itself was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive, always quick to answer any questions we had. It really made a difference in making us feel at home. One of the best parts was the neighborhood—there’s an amazing fresh market just around the corner, and several excellent local restaurants within walking distance. A great local spot to experience the real Palermo. Highly recommended!

Good accommodation in great location, close to everything!

Pros: Location close to everything: train and bus station, to historical and archaeological sites, to local markets. Really appreciated. Accommodation with everything you need for a short stay with a balcony, which is quite pleasant. Clean and comfortable. The host, Tommaso was really kind and helpful. I will definitely book this accommodation again if I come back to Palermo.

Cons: Stairs are quite narrow when you arrive and leave accommodation with large luggage.

Pros: The owner of the house is a great person. He gave us directions to places to visit, the market and places to eat. It is within walking distance to many places. The stairs of the building are a bit narrow. There were limited cleaning products in the house.

Pros: Market 100m away, quiet and blind windows for good sleeping.. The app is well equipment corresponds to the description and photos, you can find even a grill pan and large balcony. with anti rain cover. Near the apartment there is a market with cheap fruits, vegetables and fish that you can cook at home. Despite noise in the streets, it is quiet when you close windows. The host Tomasio is kind and pleasant, and ready to help should you have an issue.

Cons: Stairs are not for drunk, though it wasn't a problem for me.

Pros: The property was located well within the city, most landmarks were 10min walk away. The apartment was well furnished and had really good amenities, very clean, really good air conditioning. Washing machine was great with soap and conditioner provided. The apartment had water and soap and shampoo, towels, hair dryer provided. Well equipped kitchen, however would’ve liked a microwave and aluminium scrubber for washing dishes. Great host as well, very friendly and ready to help if something is wrong.

Cons: It was a great stay however, I would’ve liked an iron for clothes and microwave. The area around can be a bit unsettling but there’s nothing that can be done to change that, great apartment would definitely come back!

Pros: Location was great. Tommaso the host was excellent and was available to help us anytime we needed anything. There is a nice restaurant nearby too with lovely staff.

Cons: There are a lot of stairs to the property.
