Excellent stay and value

Pros: Absolutely amazing, authentic experience! I could not hope for a more welcoming host than Biagio. Not only he provided excellent tips regarding my stay in Palermo, but the apartment itself was fantastic and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend staying at this place, and can't wait to be back!

Pros: Centrally located, close to everything. The apartment was very spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen. The owner was very helpful, nice and easy to communicate with.

Cons: Some travelers may find the thee-storey walk-up challenging; I didn’t mind. The neighborhood can seem a bit rough to some, but I didn’t encounter any problems.

Pros: Appartement spacieux avec belle salle de bain propre. Chambre lumineuse avec bonne literie. A 10 mn du centre historique et de la gare. Supérette, ainsi que 2 restaurants à quelques mètres super sympa. Hôte très gentil, qui fait au mieux pour vous aider

Cons: Quartier populaire qui semble inquiétant. Mais pour ma part j ai séjourné seule et je n ai eu aucun soucis

Pros: Super beautiful and authentic apartment: the balcony was perfect for enjoying the city view, the bedroom was nice and bright, the bathroom was very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was convenient. The station was within walking distance, and Ballarò Market was just 3 minutes away. Host was super kind and helpful.

Pros: Appartement grand très agréable hôte disponible et a 10 minutes de la gare à pied Près du marché

Cons: Pas de place de parking. Mais a Palermo il vaut mieux pas se deplacer en voiture car impossible a se garer D'ailleurs on avait réservé une voiture par Booking qu'on n'a jamais eu et pas de remboursement non plus

Estancia ideal a un paso del mercado Ballaró

Pros: Ubicación ideal a un paso del mercado Ballaró, barrio auténtico. Aunque ubicado en la última planta (sin ascensor, aviso para los que viajen con mucho equipaje), siendo exterior y pudiéndose ventilar fácilmente el calor no se nota mucho (no hice uso del aire acondicionado). Cocina bien equipada, con menaje nuevo y suficiente. Fácil comunicación con el anfitrión, también pude dejarle el equipaje después del check-out hasta mi partida al aeropuerto. Repetiré en mi próxima visita a Parlemo.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, sauber und ruhig.

Pros: Sehr netter Kontakt zum Gastgeber. Biagio ist freundlich und unterstützt bei Anfragen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist praktisch für Ausflüge zu den verschiedenen Zielen in der Stadt. Parken ist in der unmittelbaren Umgebung möglich. Ruhiges und sauberes Apartment mit genug Platz. Ich würde es wieder buchen.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist in perfekter Lage, um die verschiedenen Viertel von Palermo fußläufig zu erkunden. Auch der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in 8 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber mit ausreichender Ausstattung für einen Kurztrip.
