GuestHost - Ballarò Market Cozy Apartments

Very good apartment in a questionable location

Pros: The owner of this place was very friendly and helpful, he was available for questions via text at any time. The room was equipped with two AC units so it remained cool despite the very hot temperature outside. The room was also clean upon our arrival and all the basic goods were ready to use.

Cons: The location despite being relatively close to the heart of Palermo, wasnt very pleasant. The streets around the apartment are quite dirty, the roads are very busy, and to be quite honest I found it hard to feel safe while coming back through the dark streets at night. Despite that, nothing happened and there was no dangerous situations, and people were quite friendly too.

Comfortable and pleasant

Pros: The host was there waiting for us, and he got in touch with us days before we arrived. We arranged everything through direct contact, using WhatsApp as our means of communication.
