Absolutely fantastic apartment having everything you need. Owner is supportive beyond the scale!

Pros: One of the best experiences I have ever had booking an appartment. Hospitality of Marco, the owner, was something beyond imagination. Helpful, cheerful and always ready to give a hand or tips. Apartment has everything you need, either talking about kitchen, bathroom or living room. Clean, beautifully arranged. Comfortable beds. Supermarket around the corner, city center something about 15-20 mins of walk. Definitely fantastic time spent in Palermo and Pusamonti Central Flat was one of its highlights!

Amazing helpful host Marco, went out of his way to help with anything and left us delicious treats!

Pros: We self catered , however our host Marco had left us delicious treats and a well stocked fridge including plenty of bottled water, prosecco and Beer !Amazing !!

Pros: The location is perfect for anyone wanting to explore Palermo—the apartment is within walking distance of the historic city centre and close to various shops and local markets. Marco made sure everything was perfect during our stay. For us, this will be our number one apartment to recommend to friends and family who want to visit Palermo!

Pros: Apartmán bol skutočne perfektný. Lokalita na prvý pohľad nevyzerá bezpečné, no také je Palermo. Z bytu je veľmi blízko do centra a do 15 minút aj na vlak na letisko. Samotný byt je úžasný. Moderný, čistý, plne zodpovedal obrázkom. Raňajky na prvý deň nám vyborne padli vhod. Pomer cena - kvalita bol skutočne výborný. Skutočne odporúčam toto ubytovanie.

Pros: Mieszkanie czyste i komfortowe z łatwym dostępem. Bardzo dobry pakiet powitalny dla gości (ręczniki, pościel, kapcie, środki czystości) w cenie wynajmu. Wszędzie blisko w odległości 10 - 30 minut pieszo lub można korzystać z komunikacji miejskiej. Duży piętrowy market Conad obok oraz kawiarnie, cukiernie i piekarnie. Miejsce może niektórym sie nie podobać tak samo jak Sycylia ale to kwestia gustu i nastawienia. Dla nas to cudowny czas i wspomnienia. Blisko z dworca kolejowego Lolii [10 min pieszo] skąd jedzie pociąg bezpośrednio na lotnisko Palermo. Pomoc przed i w trakcie ze strony Wynajmującego na najwyższym poziomie - czasami lepiej niż czat gpt;D... Dziękujemy Marco

Un excellent compromis pour un séjour de quelques jours en famille à Palerme.

Pros: c'est la parfaite localisation pour garer sa voiture tout en étant à distance à pied du centre-ville. Il ne faut pas s'arrêter à l'ambiance très palermitaine qui peut surprendre mais c'est en fait très sûr et on se sent très bien après 24h. Dans un ville comme Palerme ou pas mal de choses dysfonctionnent, là, tout fonctionne et c'est appréciable (y compris le chauffage et en hiver c'est utile!) Par ailleurs plein de petites attentions du propriétaires, y compris un panettonne délicieux. nous avons passé un super séjour avec ma femme et mes trois enfants.

Cons: Honnêtement rien. Tout est bien pensé pour que l'on arrive sans problème et plein de petites attentions qui rendent le séjour agréable. APrès on est à Palerme et Palerme c'est un peu le bazar donc il faut être conscient de cela mais je conseille ce logement qui est un excellent rapport qualité prix si on veut passer quelques jours à la découverte de la capitale sicilienne.

Cons: Trudno będzie to zmienić - 2 piętro, wąska klatka schodowa, brak windy. Z większym bagażem byłoby ciężko. Ale nam to nie przeszkadzało.

Sehr gutes Apartment, um Palermo zu erkunden. Alle Attraktionen sind in 10-15 mit Fuß erreichbar.

Pros: Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und nicht weit von der Innenstadt. Man kann laufen oder auch mit dem Bus fahren. Am Abend gibt es zahlreiche Stände in der Gegend auf den Straßen. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet durch den Vermieter!
