Casa Ranzano

Pros: Very comfortable and very clean. Very good location 15 min walk to the centre of the town. There was a great breakfast place just 3 mins around the corner. The lady that owns the property was very nice and very kind. Left us water and a bottle of wine in the fridge. Thank you.

Cons: A bit noisy at night with the cars on the street. But not too disturbing.

Pros: The apartment is very spacious - 3 big bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (which is unusual but great to have!). Good size living room - very comfortable. Decent kitchen - there were some supplies there which was great, and the host had left water and a bottle of wine which was very kind. There is a small issue with one of the beds and this was resolved very quickly. And in fact the host left a small gift of pastries when he fixed it - unexpected but a lovely gesture. Location is pretty good - close to a big street with supermarket and approximately 30 min walk to centre.

A wonderful apartament

Pros: A wonderful apartment. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Each room is furnished with air conditioning. The beds are very comfortable, there are extra pillows and duvets. The kitchen is fully equipped. The place is quiet, host always available. there is a parking space. I recommend you.

Cons: There is no one.

Palermo apartment in great location with comfort and security.

Pros: Wonderful apartment in great location. This apartment works so well with three double bedrooms and three bathrooms. Plenty of space to relax. Kitchen has everything for cooking at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautifully appointed place to stay

Pros: Casa Ranzano was the most amazing place. Spacious, light and roomy. Cleanliness of the apartment was exceptional. Fantastic for a family group as so much room. I would absolutely highly recommend this apartment.

A perfect 10 for the apartment.

Pros: The apartment is one of the best we have stayed in. Three spacious bedrooms. Three bathrooms. Beautiful decoration. Cleverly renovated apartment. High ceilings. A charm!! The host Maurizio very helpful. The location of the apartment very convenient as it is within walking distance to the main attractions.

Cons: Hard to find anything not to like in the apartment. Unfortunately, this does not apply to Palermo. The city is overtaken by garbage. What a pity. If it wasn't for the nice apartment we would have left earlier than planned.

Pros: Very spacious & stylish apartment, with good air conditioning system…great that it has a lift too! Lovely hosts & the home baking and bottle of wine were a lovely touch. Very friendly and helpful neighbours on our floor too. Not too touristy. Very good supermarket at the end of the street & a wonderful little family run bakery/cafe/bar combined, with excellent pizza, just across the street.

Cons: Only 1 bath/hand towel each for the week and no washing machine. Like most of Palermo, the streets are very dirty, with not much effort made to re-cycle.

Pros: Well located, clean, spacious property with everything you need. Lovely hosts too.

Pros: Nice location. Spacious apartment. 2 balconies. Ok kitchen.

Cons: No cleaning or new towels during the week. Construction work on the level above from 07:30 in the morning.

Spacious well equipped apartment

Pros: Very spacious apartment, stylishly decorated. We were 6 adults and appreciated the 3 shower rooms - although only one is en-suite. The bedrooms are very large, light and airy. The balcony is big enough to take out a couple of chairs. Good air conditioning. There is a lift. We liked being in a location that did not seem too touristy. There’s a couple of normal supermarkets at the end of the street for day to day provisions. It’s about 10 - 15 mins to the old town and seemed nearer as we became familiar with the routes. Very helpful host.

Cons: Like we found much of Palermo, the streets around the apartment are quite dirty.
