We enjoyed the stay anyway!
Pros: Flexible check-in, caring and super-friendly host, amazing view and the vila garden. The pool is fantastic. Barbecue availability and terrace to eat outside!!
Cons: We lack some kitchen staff, e.g., cooking knives, wine glasses, hand soap, bottle opener. The water temperature in the shower had no regulation, so we struggle a bit from hot water. Bad luck with internet connection.

Pros: Very nice location,and very good for a relexing escape. Pool is very nice and clear water, it is just 5.4km to the nearest village of lascari,were you can find super markets,pharmacies and all your needs. It is highly recomended,Also the owners are very nice,and ready to saticfy your needs.

Pros: The beauty of the garden surrounded by orchards, the sunset from the bedroom terrace, the pool, the space and the arrangement of the apartment. Although you feel lost in a natural village atmosphere, you have a large supermarket 5 minutes by car and the beach of Campofelice di Roccella with fine sand (but also with some stones) 10 minutes from the house by car. All our requests were met promptly.

A little piece of heaven!
Pros: The property is truly a piece of heaven surrounded by olive groves and pure tranquility. Despite its peaceful setting, it’s only a 2-minute drive from town, where you’ll find plenty of supermarkets. Parking is very safe, located inside a gated area, which gave us great peace of mind. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and super responsive. We had a small issue late in the evening, and they arrived at the property within minutes to help us! We honestly cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be rebooking another stay soon.

Pros: Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement dans la montagne au milieu des oliviers avec une vue sur la mer. L'appartement est vaste et bien équipé. Nous avons été bien accueillis et les propriétaires étaient à l'écoute par WhatsApp. Nous avons pu assister à la cueillette des olives depuis notre terrasse
Cons: Nous aurions dû nous renseigner sur les dates d'ouverture de la piscine. Celle-ci n'était plus accessible depuis le 1er octobre. La mezzanine pourrait être équipée d'un vrai lit, le canapé lit du salon n'étant pas confortable.

Pros: Ehrliche Bewertung – Schöne Aussicht, aber einige Schwächen Man sollte sich vom Begriff „Villa“ nicht in die Irre führen lassen – es handelt sich um eine Anlage auf einem Hügel bzw. Berg mit wirklich schöner Aussicht, insbesondere aufs Meer. Die Lage ist zweifellos ein Highlight. Die Apartments selbst sind allerdings in die Jahre gekommen und könnten etwas Modernisierung vertragen. Besonders die Schlafsofas wären dringend erneuerungsbedürftig. Insgesamt haben wir drei Tage dort verbracht – für unsere Bedürfnisse war das in Ordnung. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wer die einfache Ausstattung und die Natur drumherum akzeptiert, kann hier ein paar ruhige Tage mit toller Aussicht verbringen.
Cons: Zur Natur rundherum gehört offenbar auch eine große Zahl an Tausendfüßlern, die ums Haus und teils auch im Haus herumkriechen – das ist wohl der Lage geschuldet und lässt sich nicht vermeiden. Problematisch wurde es allerdings beim Pool: Dieser war bei unserem Aufenthalt mit Tausenden toter Tausendfüßler bedeckt und dadurch nicht benutzbar. Da wir außerhalb der Hauptsaison dort waren, können wir nicht beurteilen, ob der Pool bei voller Belegung regelmäßig gereinigt wird.

Pros: Un luogo incantato immerso nel verde ottimo per chi vuole passare dei giorni lontani dal caos. La proprietaria disponibilità e attenta alle esigenze dei propri ospiti.
Cons: Essendo immersa nel verde aggiungerei delle zanzariere almeno alle finestre. E un'insegna un po' più grande.

Pros: Proprietaria cortese e disponibile. Struttura ampia e dotata di ogni confort. Comodo parcheggio. Tanta pace e relax. Piscina per gli ospiti delle strutture.
Cons: Unico neo la scarsa illuminazione esterna, evidente la sera.

Relax assicurato, ottimo soggiorno
Pros: Appartamento ampio, terrazzina con vista cielo stellato mozzafiato, patio molto carino e organizzato, lavatrice presente, bagno con doccia molto ampio, temperatura perfetta in pieno agosto senza necessità di aria condizionata, disponibilità di barbecue, piscina accogliente ad uso comune con gli altri inquilini ma mai sovraffollata (pochi appartamenti facenti parte del plesso)
Cons: Una mattina, dopo il bagno in piscina, siamo dovuti uscire senza poter fare la doccia perché non c’era acqua. Al nostro rientro nel pomeriggio il problema era stato risolto ma uscire con il cloro addosso non è stato il massimo.
