Pros: We had a wonderful stay in these apartments in San Vito Lo Capo. The host is very kind and responsive – he reacted immediately to all our requests and questions, which made us feel very welcome. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It feels great to stay in a real, fully equipped apartment rather than a hotel room. The only small downside is that there was no vacuum cleaner – it would be really helpful, since this is a seaside town and with the wind, sand and dust easily get inside. Sweeping with a broom is not very convenient. Also, the kitchen sink faucet could use some fixing, as it felt a bit loose. Overall, this is a very good apartment: bright, clean, with a wonderful host. We truly recommend it and will definitely come back again. Thank you so much for the warm and hospitable welcome!

Relaxing, luxurious yet budget stay.

Pros: Great apartment for the price. Air conditioning was fantastic, very clean, a little walk from the town but this meant you were out of the hustle and bustle of the nightlife. Very safe off street parking which is great for a rental car as I didn’t have to worry about it constantly.

Cons: An amazing week, the people upstairs were a bit noisy(tolerable level) but the host has no control over that! BEWARE the tourist tax which you have to pay at the end of your stay as well.

Pros: Very helpful host. Location was very good with space to park. Kitchen was well stocked! Would recommend, we have a lovely stay :D

Cons: a kettle would be useful

Pros: Die Lage des Apartments ist ruhig (Nebensaison) und dennoch können Restaurants, Geschäfte, Strand von san vito fußläufig erreicht werden. Die Klettergebiete sind ebenfalls nah bei. Das Bett ist bequem, die Ausstattung des Appartements gepflegt und funktional. Zum Apartment gehört ein kostenfreier Parkplatz, was in San Vito absolut vorteilhaft ist. Der Gastgeber stellt sogar einen Sonnenschirm für den Strand bereit.

Cons: Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen und - nach unserer Erfahrung sehr ungewöhnlich- ist vielleicht, dass es pro Person nur 1 Satz Handtücher (incl. Geschirrtuch) für 2 Wochen Aufenthalt gibt. Da wir aber unsere eigenen Handtücher dabei hatten, war es für uns kein Problem. Allerdings sollte es m. E. vor der Buchung bekannt sein, damit man sich darauf einrichten kann.

Pros: Viel Platz, geräumig. Schnell im Zentrum/Strand nur 10 min zu Fuss, Vermieter bei check out sehr entgegenkommen, alles super

Appartamento carino in zona tranquilla ☺️.

Pros: Appartamento moderno, abbastanza spazioso, accogliente, con spazio esterno molto carino con tavolo e sedie. Posto auto sempre disponibile. Condizionatore in camera e in cucina. A circa 700 metri dal mare e 500 dalla zona più centrale, ben servita da bar, locali e negozi. Possibilità di check in anche in orari su richiesta in quanto presente cassettina con chiavi. Consigliato.

Cons: Se in futuro fosse disponibile anche una lavatrice sarebbe un bel plus, idem per la tv in anche camera e non solo in cucina (tv molto piccola).

Super - sofort gerne wieder!!

Pros: Super tolles Apartement, ds super liegt und in ein paar wenigen Minuten ist man im Städtchen oder am Strand. Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Ich hatte den Gastgeber angerufen und er hat uns alles erklärt und Fotos gesendet, wo wir alles finden (Parkplatz, welcher Eingang, Schlüssel. Der Schlüssel ist bei der Wohnung in einem kleinen Schlüsselkasten. Sehr grosses Apartement mit einer tollen und grossen Terrasse. Wenn ich wieder in San Vito Lo Capo bin, würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten.

Tornerò sicuramente

Pros: Localizzazione perfetta, a due passi dal centro di San Vito, ci ha dato la possibilità di parcheggiare l’auto dentro che non è una cosa scontata visto che a San Vito è quasi impossibile trovare posto

Pros: posizione, vicina al centro ma allo stesso tempo distante dalla confusione
