Pros: Excellente adresse. À recommander à 100 % Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans un quartier proche de tous les centres d'intérêts majeurs de Palerme. L'appartement situé dans une cour intérieure, très calme et authentique. L'appartement est neuf, les équipements sont parfaits. Si je reviens à Palerme, je choisis encore cet hébergement.

Pros: Апартаменти чисті, є все необхідне, місцерозташування чудове. Дуже чуйний господар апартаментів, організував нам і ранній заїзд і пізній виїзд, за що ми дуже вдячні

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin war super nett und immer erreichbar.
Cons: Die Wohnung besitzt nur ein einziges Fenster im oberen Stockwerk (Schlafzimmer). Im Erdgeschoss gibt es nur die Eingangstür. Daher war die Wohnung etwas düster.

Przestronne, czyste, w idealnej lokalizacji
Pros: Jestem zachwycony tym miejscem. Apartament dwupoziomowy, bardzo przestronny, czysty - jest w nim wszystko, czego potrzeba. Lokalizacja - dosłownie kilka minut spacerem od wszystkich atrakcji, a dwie minuty od mieszkania przepyszna trattoria. Kontant z właścicielką idealny, była cały czas dostępna na Whasappie. Sądzę, że jeszcze tu wrócimy:)

Pros: Duży apartament Bardzo czysto. Dobry kontakt przez Whatsapp.
Cons: Brak szafy komody czy regału. Rurka z kilkoma wieszakami nie ma gdzie poukładać koszulek itp. dwie malutkie nocne stoliczki gdzie ledwo wejdzie bielizna. Na 6 dni pobytu 1 ręcznik kąpielowy i jeden do rąk na osobę zdecydowanie za mało. Musisz dzwonić aby dowieźli dodatkowe. 2 rolki papieru toaletowego. Tak jakby to kosztowałoby majątek. Specjalnie po podstawowe rzeczy jak papier toaletowy tabletki do zmywarki czy kapsułkę do prania musisz wybrać się do sklepu. Wydali by 10 euro a jakby to dobrze wpłynęło na komfort.. Brak pościeli do przykrycia tylko prześcieradło i narzuta na łóżko która nie nadaje się do przykrycia.Aby dostać się do mieszkania najpierw musisz obejść cały budynek gdzie w skrzynce z kodem wyjmujesz klucze. Byliśmy we dwoje więc ja mogłam poczekać z bagażami a mąż poszedł odebrać klucze. Jak podróżujesz sam to musisz z bagażem iść do okola po kamienistej ulicy.

Une semaine magnifique 🤩
Pros: On a passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très spacieux et confortable. La chambre est immense,et la literie est excellente. La décoration est au top, avec les niches qui montrent les anciens carrelages d'époque et les murs d'antan, très bonne idée. Deux belles salles de bains magnifiques. L'appartement est situé en plein centre ville, idéal pour faire tout à pied pour voir les monuments historiques. Bars , restaurants , marché, magasins à proximité. Il y a de tout. La communication avec le propriétaire s'est très bien passée avec watsap et très bien expliqué avec photos. Si un jour,j'ai l'occasion de revenir à Palerme, c'est dans cet appartement que je retournerai sans hésiter. Je vous le conseille. Merci beaucoup, nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine. Un bonjour de la Belgique 😉

Pros: Posizione ottima, comoda per il centro storico e la fermata del bus per l'aeroporto Casa bellissima e molto grande All'interno dell'appartamento abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno, sia in bagno che in cucina.
Cons: L'appartamento è un po' buio e umido in quanto non ha finestre La zona, essendo molto centrale, è rumorosa e trafficata

Pros: Die Wohnung ist komfortabel, schön und hochwertige gestaltet und lässt wenig Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist einmalig, mitten in der Altstadt und dennoch ruhig. Mit wenigen Schritten ist man an der Kathedrale oder am Capo Markt.
Cons: Die Infos zum einchecken für Gäste, die nicht italischen sprechen müsste, etwas vereinfacht werden. Wenn man das Prozedere mit etwas mehr Vorlauf bekommen würde, wird es vor der Tür nicht so stressig am Telefon. (der Code für den Schlüsselkasten könnte dann vor der Tür übermittelt werden).

Posizione strategica!
Pros: Indubbiamente la posizione è eccellente, a due passi dalla Cattedrale e in massimo 15/20 minuti a piedi si arriva in molti posti da visitare. L'appartamento nel complesso si presenta molto bene, come da foto, ma con qualche piccolo accorgimento può arrivare al top.
Cons: Si può sicuramente implementare la pulizia della cucina (frigo e utensili soprattutto) e sistemare la cappa (utile perché non c'è una finestra in cucina ma solo la porta). Inoltre sarebbe opportuno mettere a disposizione anche un asciugamano per il bidet, oltre al telo bagno e l'asciugamano presenti.
