We loved it!

Pros: Carmen and Leonardo are really nice and helpful people. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Cons: You may find the apartment a bit outdated, but for us: no problem!

Pros: Very friendly and helpful host. A bakery man came every morning. Nice pool area, close to the beach. Good located for trips to cefalu, Palermo and the area around. We had a really calm and relaxed stay. We would come again:)

Pros: The pool area is great. 1min walk to the beach. Staff - very nice and helpful! Close to Cefalu, close to the nearest markets. Value for money - 100%!

Cons: Some similar issues with shower, AC, the doors, but very pleasant at all! I missed cold beer in the teritory! :)

Highly recommend Villa Teti - Leonardo will look after you so well!!

Pros: Lovely location and Leonardo and carmen we both so lovely, friendly and helpful people. Kids loved the pool. The beach is 1 min away and we could see the sea from our accommodation.

Nice relaxing holiday - enjoyed the patio and pool very much

Pros: Quiet. Not too busy. Nice patio. Spacious 2 st app. Nice pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bakery man in the morning. Pool/Pizza night - proximity to Cefalu and Palermo. Easy by train.

Carmen is a delight and we would stay there again

Pros: This was a lovely villa on the ground floor with Terrace’s in the front and back. It was open and spacious and we loved our stay. Carmen gave us a recommendation for dinner to Ana‘s and it was a wonderful experience.

Pros: Lokalizacja , gospodyni Carmen, duża przestrzeń wokół Domu, zacieniony piniami ogród, kort tenisowy, duży taras z miejscami do odpoczynku i posiłków, parking, plac zabawa, czysty basen, bliskość do plaży, cisza i spokój

Cons: łazienka - wielkość ok, umywalka , WC , bidet, ale bardzo mała kabinka z harmonijkowa zasłonka, którą miała tendencje do wypadania z prowadnic- mąż poprawiał; oraz bardzo kiepski odpływ, mimo, że po zgłoszeniu natychmiast przyszedł Pan Francesco i próbował udrożnić odpływ Malutkie mróweczki, które opanowały w pierwszy dzień nasze pieczywo, potem już wszystko trzymaliśmy w dużej lodówce W mieszkaniu ich nie było
