Pros: Location is perfect for getting into the busy parts of the city. It is close to the water front, in a quiet street so offers a nice quiet experience. A bit of both. The host was very welcoming. Communication was perfect.

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect.

Pros: The location couldn’t be better – every major point of interest in Palermo is easily reachable on foot. We loved discovering new corners of the city by taking different routes every day – Palermo truly never stops surprising you! The apartment is simple, but perfect for a couple – just what we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host, Romina, was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready with great advice while still respecting our privacy. She made our stay even more enjoyable with her thoughtful recommendations.

Cons: After 15 wonderful days in Palermo, it’s hard to find anything we didn’t like. Just be prepared for some loud fireworks on weekends – a true Sicilian tradition. For us, this wasn’t really an issue; on the contrary, it was fascinating to experience how the local communities celebrate their holidays in such a unique way.

Lovely apartment haven near old town & marina sights

Pros: The property is very well positioned for the old town and port, and has easy parking outside. The suite is a great size for a couple, had everything we needed in it, was nicely tiled and was smart and bright. The streets nearby are very typical Italian residential apartments, from the washing hanging in the balconies, to the chatter of neighbours. The kitchen was very well equipped. Stefan was super and, onsite, Romina was lovely and helpful. There was a breakfast voucher for the cafe Rosanero and this was easy to use at the cash desk and the pastries, savouries and coffee there are great. Old town maps are provided in the apartment

Cons: No dislikes - this is a haven near a busy part of Palermo, but new visitors should recognise when approaching for the first time that the surroundings of the hotel are not all pretty like you see in a postcard … it is normal city life. For me, it actually adds to the appeal of this super suite. I’m not sure it’s clear on the site but guests staying for shorter trips would need to pay a small fee to use the washing machine

Pros: Great location, very helpful host. Close to amenities yet very quiet. Fantastic bakeries close by.

Pros: We liked everything about this apartment. The hosts were wonderful, very helpful and easy to communicate with. There was easy and safe parking right outside the property. It was within easy walking distance to restaurants and the old town. We would recommend this property.

Pros: The owners were very nice and helpful. Apartment is very clean and decorations inside are very cute, we like our time there.

Ottima per soggiorni lunghi. Accoglienza super.

Pros: Accoglienza splendida e massima disponibilità. Ci sono tutti gli elettrodomestici, gli ambienti sono ampi e le camere pulite. Ottima per soggiorni di più giorni.

Cons: Il parcheggio è in strada e gli ambienti un po' bui. Non è proprio a ridosso delle strade centrali principali, ma comunque raggiungibili a piedi.

Pros: Siamo stati veramente bene.. Casa pulitissima attenzione ai dettagli e un cortiletto che e' un incanto. Abbiamo trovato una cordialita' speciale Nell accoglierci e siv Curamente torneremo presto in questa struttura. Comoda al centro.. Attaccata all orto botanico e lungomare. Infine... Top!

Cons: Per l' uso della lavatrice c' d ' un costo di 5 euro a lavaggio se si soggiorna meno di 4 notti

Чистейшая квартирка, хозяйка сделала все возможное, чтобы мы быстро получили ключи, все очень комфо.

Pros: Шикарное расположение, чистейшая квартира. Хозяйка такая умница, на все очень понравилось. Рядом с квартирой находятся все нужные магазины, булочная, море, минусов мы не обнаружили. Жили ровно неделю вернёмся обязательно ещё раз и будем всем советовать.

Cons: Такого нет

Pros: Дуже чисто і є все необхідне для гарного відпочинку.
