Amazing accomodation in Palermo
Pros: We loved everything, our aparment with 3 large bedrooms was very clean, moderm and spacious, it has all you need, including kitchen equipment, washing maschine, balcony, 2 bathrooms, communication with owner Francesco was perfect, instructions to get into apartment excellent. It is abou 7 minutes walk from central station (bus/train) where you can start your trips, botanical garden and the seaside was about 12-15 minutes walk with kids. I will reccomend this place to all my friends.

Pros: Very caretaking personnel. Was even able to check in much earlier. Stayed earlier in the very center, but actually liked this neighbourhood better: gives local vibes while still close to the center by walking. Flat is faultless. Pleasently surprised by an umbrella even when rain surprised me :)
Cons: Ne nada.

Pros: Very nice, clean, spacious and cosy apartment with a good localization. It is located not far from the Central Palermo Train Station and a lot of shops such as the bakeries, groceries, Conad market and others. Very convenient stay if you want to visit Palermo on your own foot (not far from the historical center of Palermo and a coast) and take a train to another city for example Čefalu. You can also take a rest in the Botanic Garden close to the apartment after sightseeing. The owners Francesco and Clara are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is the new, modern place after renovation with the high standard.

Pros: In the apartment everything is super new and clean, you'll be impressed! It is located in a big house and to find it you'll get instructions - they are careful and detailed. Everything works, and the apartment is super spacious! Parking in the street, a bit hard to find if you come late evening, but possible - we parked 100m from the entrance. Thanks for your hospitality and flexibility!
Cons: There's a spare apartment close by and sound isolation is not perfect - you can hear if people are there. It's not super bad, it's okay.

Newly renovated 3 bedroom apartment walking distance to historic central area
Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully renovated apartment. It is spacious and comfortable with three bedrooms, two modern shower rooms, and balconies off two of the bedrooms. The communal sitting and dining area is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Palermo. The location is very convenient, just a short walk to the historic centre and very handy for the train and bus stations. We loved being close to Pasticceria Vabres, Trattoria Al Sorriso, and a great pastificio, which became our daily go-to spots for coffee, croissants, pasta, and meals. The neighborhood is friendly and down to earth with excellent local fruit and vegetable shops, a Conad supermarket, and a fresh fish stall nearby. Communication with the owner was excellent, fast, clear, and very helpful. Everything about this apartment made our stay comfortable and memorable. We would gladly return and highly recommend it.
Cons: When we arrived there was a slight difficulty as we had booked a three bedroom apartment and one of the bedrooms was locked and we were informed we had booked a two bedroom apartment. This was a little unsettling but after some messaging the third bedroom door was opened for us. I felt this was unnecessary.
