Pros: Excellent location right in the centre and excess to everything. Property is also very good try good rooms also

Cons: They don’t change the towels every day & water bottle they only provide once .

One agitated night in a wonderful city

Pros: Chamur-Grattacielo is on the first floor of a skycraper in Palermo, two minutes' walk from Teatro Grande. It is a self-check-in business, relatively easy to go through. The room we stayed in was spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom. No view from the window, but we were only there for a night's sleep. TV is hidden at the foot of the bed. Read the sheet of paper you find near the bed to bring it into view. The host welcomes you with two small black chocolates. Excellent bed and mattress, same for bathroom and shower.

Cons: The room was very small, which might be unpleasant if you plan a longer stay in the city and it rains. I'm not sure insulation is what it should be, as a lady in a neighbouring room kept us awake through the nights shouting and speaking to an unseen companion. (The poor woman seemed to have some serious mental issues.)

Pros: Beautiful apartment. The location is very good, 10 minute walk to the center of Palermo. Very comfortable and luxurious. Made our stay even better.

Beautiful room in the center of Palermo with easy parking nearby

Pros: Very clean and spacious room with a lovely bathroom and whirlpool in the room. It’s located in a huge insurance office building which seems very safe to access. Public parking right next to the building. You pay when you leave the parking area by entering your number plate details into the parking payment machine. Some random people try to show you where to park to get a little money which is not needed to pay. Just friendly decline. Drinks in the minibar and little snacks are included which is a nice gesture. If you stay longer they charge is you want new towels everyday which I think is a positive gesture concerning environmental awareness. We only stayed one night and booked an hour before arrival. The owner still managed to send some people to handle the check in very smoothly. Thank you for your flexibility.

Pros: Bathroom was immaculate and location couldn’t be better. Staff was attentive and responsive almost 24h via WhatsApp. Whirlpool bath was cool.

Cons: Room a bit small and the lack of storage to unpack the luggage.

Pros: The location is perfect, located in the city centre. The staff is really friendly, and the rooms are very clean.
