Perfect stay in Palermo with a welcoming host, great location, and lovely breakfast!

Pros: Nice room in the heart of Palermo, close to the harbor. The host was very welcoming and helpful, providing great restaurant recommendations and tips. The room offered everything we needed, and the in-room breakfast was a lovely touch. We can highly recommend it for a perfect stay in Palermo.

Cosy apartment with a very kind host on the perfect location

Pros: On my 10-day trip in Sicily, host of this apartment was the only local person speaking English. She was also really kind and helpful, providing a lot of useful info. After checkout, I forgot my charger in the room, she notified me immediately and organized the handover to me. The apartment is clean, located in a perfect location (port and city centre is just minutes by walk), still quite quiet. For breakfast, you can select from many options in advance what you want and what time you want it to be delivered to your room. I loved this way, as it was comfortable and efficient, the food and the coffee was fresh and tasty. The room is quite compact, practically equipped, air condition is effective. Room service cleaned the room every day.

Cons: Parking. I know it is not the fault of the apartment at all, what is more, they kindly prepared me for this in advance: the apartement is just on the border of the limited zone, parking is possible some steps away on the street. It would be perfect as theoretically it is free (parking places painted with white), but you have to pay a fee to a robust guy (August 2025: 10€/night, cash only, and surprise-surprise: no bill :D). What they do there looks a little parking mafia to me, sitting there all day, having no signs of being an authority and telling all tourists that it is a paid parking place, but well... the price is not so high, and my car was unharmed during my stay. So all together, it was not a real problem at all. Highly recommended place to visit Palermo!!

Perfect

Pros: We loved everything. Marta was super helpful and nice, breakfast was delicious! It's super well located and really private. The room is spacious and has everything you need. They allowed us to leave our backpacks for the afternoon till we went to the airport.

Lovely bnb in Palermo

Pros: The rooms were spacious with beautiful view of the street. Excellent breakfast options: must try the cassatelle ricotta pastry! The staff were all very lovely. Highly recommend this place!

Pros: The breakfast was delicious! The staff were so helpful and happy to accommodate our delayed flights. The facilities were clean, comfortable and we had a lovely stay.

Pros: Had an Amazing stay! Lovely hosts with lots of information and good communication. Room was small but everything it needed and amazing (still quiet) location. Thank you!

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful with local attractions and assistance with leaving the luggage after checkout.

Cons: The room was next to the reception so that made it quite noisy in the mornings.

Great location, kind hosts and breakfast served to your door.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was perfect — situated on a charming cobblestone street in a safe area, right above a fish tavern, next to an award-winning pizzeria and a great cocktail bar. Breakfast was served in the room, which was a wonderful touch. It was delicious and included healthy options like muesli, fresh fruits, honey and yogurt — a great way to start the day. At night, it was quiet, so I could sleep comfortably. The people running the place were exceptionally kind and warm — they made me feel right at home with their hospitality.

Cons: If I had to mention one downside, it would be the location of my room. It was right next to the reception room, and since I’m a light sleeper, I could hear soft noises from reception and the kitchen and people coming and going from as early as 7 a.m. Next time, I’d definitely choose one of the other rooms with more privacy and a balcony facing the street.

Pros: The place was very clean. The staff had were very friendly and extremely helpful. Laura made us feel very welcome

Cons: The only thing was having to climb all the stairs. Not so easy for us oldies
