La casa di Chele

Pros: Handy location 15-20 mins walk from ferry and central railway station, less to main city sights, and some great restaurants nearby. Clean, comfortable and compact, a great place to start our Sicily holiday

Pros: Great location. Very clean, comfortable. Host, Anna was very helpful with us leaving our luggage for the day after we checked out. Sabrina was a gem, made our stay really enjoyable. Highly recommend.

good designed room in a great area of Palermo

Pros: Great location, very easy check-in, nice design and very clean

Cons: the balcony was on the ground floor of a street with parked cars. There was no space to keep 2 trolleys open. in general, there was not space to undo the luggages. It is a place for one night stay max in my opinion, especially if you travel as a couple

Pros: Excellent location, private and clean room, comfy bed and value for money.

Cons: No complaints

Pros: It’s a small, cozy place with only three rooms, located next to the port. The location is excellent. The room was very clean, and overall cleanliness at this establishment is excellent.

Cons: Communication was difficult, as I only encountered staff who did not speak English. Check-in was challenging: I had to call the establishment at 8:30 pm to gain access, but my phone was dead. Even though I had already indicated that I would arrive at night, I still needed to call, and my attempts to reach them initially failed. I had to go to a nearby restaurant to charge my phone before I could contact them to open. A self check-in system with a key box and password would have been much easier and more convenient. Additionally, we were woken up by children running around at 6 am in the floor above us for two consecutive days.

Great location and great staff, great to be able to do your washing. Safe & Secure.

Pros: The staff member Carina. The doors that opened to the street, that our friends could also stay in the room beside us and that we could do our washing.

Cons: Nothing.

Relaxing

Pros: Exceptional location. The place was very clean & the host was so accommodating. We have no complaints. It was brilliant

Cons: Everything was good for us :)

Pros: The staff was really sweet and very helpful and the room was very well equipped and nicely put together.

Cons: Parking around the Place is a bit complicated.

Pros: The lady is very helpgul and speaks both Italian and English

Cons: Nothing, all good!

Pros: Great location, clean room. Easy communication with the host but we did not meet them.

Cons: The room was small and hardly any space around the bed to place luggage. Couldn't open the window as it opened right on to a busy street (ground level).
