Nice central hotel

Pros: Location very good in a quiet street, yet central. Fridge and kettle in the room were good. Impressive stone work entrance. Nice quiet space for reading, coffee etc. Staff helped with the luggage. Air con very good and quiet. Bed comfortable.

Cons: Breakfast was so-so, no juice. Little soundproofing between rooms, so noise travels. Lack of storage space in the room. Lift in neighbouring hotel, so not very accessible. Shower door leaked.

Beautiful and comfortable stay

Pros: Lovely rooms, with some extra common spaces for guests a bonus. Very clean and comfortable with excellent air conditioning. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the rooftop space providing bonus views over Palermo.

Pros: Charming and stylish hotel in a very good location and we thought it was very good with the use of the communal area. We were very happy with our choice and will return very soon. It was really very and the staff very helpful.

Cons: Just thought the breakfast could be improved on, my choice I had on the first day was not very good.

A great find - quiet, very comfortable -perfect for exploring Palermo

Pros: Perfect location , beautiful restored old building .we were upgraded to a suite which even had a mini kitchen . So quiet & comfortable . Staff very helpful .

Pros: The staff were incredible and nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was lovely and had everything we needed, they even put delicious biscuits in our room daily. The location was great.
