Good location, good value for the money. Excellent staff experience.

Pros: Emaneula is an exemplary employee. Her customer service is a model for others to follow. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting her and were delighted with the help that she provided. She is professional, courteous and considerate. She turned your 3 star rating into a 5 star experience!

Cons: The mattresses. They were too hard and thin for our preference.

Very good, would recommend

Pros: Very friendly. Great location and comfortable room. Decent breakfast.

Cons: Air conditioner not brilliant in our room- seemed better in our son’s room upstairs. But then again it was an exceptionally hot day.

Pros: Awesome location near the port and restaurants. The place was clean, comfy, and breakfast was good. Emanuela was super friendly and gave us great tips on where to go and eat. Definitely recommend it

Pros: Fantastic staff - I didn't catch her name but the lady that checked us in in the morning and served breakfast was excellent. She was informative, friendly and seemed to know everything that we had a question for! The room was also excellent - plenty of space for two adults and two small children. We could walk to everywhere so didn't need to move our car once we parked. The food in Palermo was delicious - so many good spots in walking distance to here. We also loved that this place was not right on the main tourist drag, but yet still in an excellent spot for walking around the old town.

Perfect stay in Palermo

Pros: Perfect stay in Palermo. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Location is ideal, close to the airport bus and the main sights. In a quiet back street, no noise despite the closeness to bars and restaurants. Exceptionally comfortable beds. Restaurant recommendations were also excellent. Would highly recommend.

An enjoyable stay in a fascinating city.

Pros: Lovely location, very quiet but in a lively part of the city and very convenient for the airport bus. Comfortable, clean, well equipped and spacious room. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially Emanuela.

Cons: Access was via a street turned into a building site - hopefully only a short term issue. Due to Italian bureaucracy we were unable to have breakfast at the accommodation, but Emanuela sorted out a very satisfactory alternative.

An excellent place in all respects, with the emphasis on extremely good staff.

Pros: Location, excellent. Breakfast excellent. Extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Cons: Room electrics were rather arkward. Had to ask for an extension cord for the kettle, and not enough sockets generally, but that is the problem in most places these days since people carry so many electric devices that need to be charged.
