Great Hotel with Amazing, Supportive Staff

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with easy access to the city center. Martina gave us a warm and friendly welcome, which made us feel right at home. A big thank to the staff at the Leon restaurant – they were incredibly helpful and attentive. Overall, a great experience and we're very happy with our stay!

Great location and impressive standard fir the price

Pros: Unbelievable high standard for the price in a very practical part of Palermo in easy walking distance to central parts. Very good buffet breakfast included. Note that the week-end price is much higher

Quiet & comfortable stay

Pros: Location was great. We had a car so we needed parking. We were able to park it onsite for a fee of 15 euro per day. Staff were very accommodating with the request of us needing to check in early and they did what they could for us to have it ready so we could maximise our one day in Palermo. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious & shower worked well. Area was quiet. It only took us 5-7 min to walk to the quatro canti…. Breakfast was amazing if you like a typical Italian style. Pastries and brioche straight out of the oven. Ham cheese and breads. Would definitely stay again

Great breakfast!

Pros: I was surprised by the wonderful breakfast. Usually in Italy it is not so easy to find a good place, at an affordable price and still get a big breakfast. Otherwise, almost everything was fine.

Cons: There was one significant drawback specifically in my room. There was a wall opposite the window and air conditioning equipment around the room on the balcony. At night in the summer, with the balcony door open, it began to generate heat and it became as hot as hell. I probably wouldn’t have encountered such a problem if I had closed the balcony door and turned on the air conditioner, but it was located directly opposite the bed and I didn’t take the risk, since the direct flow of cold air is hazardous to health. So be careful. But in general it's a great place.

Excellent location, comfortable stay

Pros: Great location, really friendly and helpful staff. They allowed us to check in early as soon as the room was ready and organised a taxi to the airport for us. The room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was well equipped with experience shower.

Cons: The breakfast was included however the cafe was limited on selection, plates and cutlery as though it had a rush before we arrived. But staff was friendly. Also mentions a sauna which was not there...

Good value for money in a great location

Pros: Great location and staff very accommodating for our late check in. They also checked that we made it to the hotel without any issues

Cons: The double bed was two twin beds put together- still comfortable when you stayed on one side though

The stay in hotel was good.

Pros: Good location and nice breakfast in the bar near hotel.

Cons: From the booking we can understand than there is a private parking in the hotel, but the parking is only for hotel owners and not for the guests.

Modern and spacious bedrooms at the edge of the ZTL

Pros: Pretty large and freshly renovated bedrooms with small fridge and kettle. The hotel is very clean and modern. Very efficient management and cleaning team. You can park in the street and it is free. However they can eventually offer one slot in their garage ( 10 €/night). The included breakfast is served in a cafe at the corner of the street, lots of pastries. Near via Cavour: you can visit the city by foot and leave your car near the hotel.

Cons: You get only one day free for Wifi. And unfortunately the mobile network in this area was sometimes not 4G in the afternoon.
