Great stay if you have no issues with the front door
Pros: The location was around the corner from the Duomo. Though a decent walk from the station which unfortunately Google maps took me up a long cobblestones path where it would have been much easier on the main corso so I didn’t have to drag my heavy suitcase
Cons: I struggled with the key to the front door of the apartment. I didn’t have the strength in my hand to unlock it. The owner did try to help to no avail. We found a solution which worked for me. I could lock the bedroom door so my belongings were safe and I didn’t fully close the door. Only 1 other apartment on ground floor as well as needing a key to get in from the corso made it safe.

Pros: Central location, washing machine & dryer available (but noisy!), nice space to relax in. Water pump is noisy when ever you turn the tap on.
Cons: You need to be careful in the shower or it can flood the floor, coffee machine leaks. Big issue if you have a car is that the apartment is located inside the ZTL. So you either need to park outside or ask the host to arrange a permit (?cost). We were lucky and found free parking near the theatre.

Perfect for our 5-day visit. Close to attractions & 20-minute walk to main train/bus station.
Pros: Good location around the corner from te main Cathedral, restaurants and bars close by, decent-sized shower, comfortable bed. Spacious apartment. Nicola met us, got us a parking spot very close to the apartment, showed us how everything worked and even left cookies, coffee, water for us. He also made it clear we could call regarding anything we needed. We had one issue at the apartment, called Nicola and he came right over on a Sunday morning to take care of it. Also, LOVED having a washing machine AND a drier right in the apartment!
Cons: Nothing.

100 percent reliable with perfect experience.
Pros: This apartment is a little gem in Palermo. Importantly it is very secure amd reliable. More than expected, we found ourselves in the best location imaginable to experience the city. It had more than everything needed including a little ironing board.
Cons: It was all excellent. The host was completely available and very clear.

Convenient, easy
Pros: The appartement was located in the centre of Palermo and it was easy to reach everything by foot. Everything was clean, it has a kitchen to cook for yourself.

The perfect apartment to enjoy Palermo
Pros: The perfect position in Palermo for us. Centred between the Cathedral, the Il Capo Markets and the Via Cavour tourist strip, it was so easy to access all these locations. The apartment is perfect for a couple, had everything we needed and felt safe and secure. And the host who met us at check in was lovely and helpful, and always available for any questions. We will definitely stay here again when next in Palermo.
Cons: Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Pros: Everything! Spacious, very clean, fully equipped apartment with aircon, right in the old part of town, just around the corner of the cathedral. Great value for money. Everything in walking distance. A few minutes walk from the airport bus stop.

Amazing apartment in the heart of Palermo!
Pros: The property was fantastic! It was a 15min walk to the Palermo Central Station. The location was great as it was only a 5min walk down to the Main Street and many different street markets. The property was well equipped with a washer and dryer, hairdryer, full kitchen, air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, lots of cleaning supplies, and amenities in the bathroom. The host was also very attentive and helpful throughout the whole trip. The power went out during our stay and they were immediately available to give assistance when messaged. Recommendations for tourist spots and restaurants were also provided in the room which was very helpful.
Cons: Nothing! The only thing that was a little annoying was some construction next door that started early in the mornings but this is not the fault of the property.
