Dimora Villareale

Definitely would stay here again

Pros: The staff were incredibly helpful in every way. They were always available when needed, especially during a situation where I needed assistance with the electrical system. The lady was extremely helpful and kind and always left the room in a clean state. The location was extremely well placed being easy to locate and commute from. I was helped by the gentleman before and after my stay via message giving me the best information.

Amazing place. Positively impressed

Pros: Location is perfect. Very central and easy to take bus to the beach. It was impressive service and cleaning every morning. The balcony was great.

Cons: Liked mostly everything. However, it was no kitchen there. It should've been a little kitchen there if it's possible to make one.

Loved it!

Pros: Location was super convenient, really comfortable, perfect for solo traveller. Staff were super friendly! Would stay here again :)

Cons: Slightly confusing finding the entrance but staff were easy to contact via WhatsApp.

Pros: Good location. Amazing balcony so you can chill in the evening. Helpful service. They let as in 2 hours before check out. Thank again.

Good place, near the city center, some misunderstanding but friendly crew

Pros: The experience was amazing, the location is good and the cleaning personnel are friendly, they change your towels every day even if they are not on the floor. With all the communication problems that we had because some of them don't speak English, in the end my stay was good and peacefully. Looking forward to book here again.

Cons: I didn't like that all the communication with some of the cleaning personnel had to be done with Google translate conversation and in the end was still misunderstood. I would strongly recommend at least an A1 English course for the employers so that everything would be perfect.

Great location, view, and value for money. Would reccomend.

Pros: Great location in Palermo and a great view from the balcony which was bigger than I expected. The owner Giuseppe was so kind and came to meet me outside and guided me to my room, he made sure to let me know if I have any questions just asks and he helped me to find a car rental company nearby. Would definitely recommend as it was such good value for money.

Alt ok

Pros: Dejligt centralt, hyggelig café i samme ejendom dom Søde mennesker der havde det

Cons: Skuffet over altanen ikke var passet, der var visne planter, og cigaretskod i plante kasserne Kunne have været pænere

Ottoma posizione

Pros: La posizione centrale e il servizio di pulizia quotidiano il mini frigo molto utile

Cons: Avrei messo vicino al bollitore almeno due tazze e qualche tisana.

Una notte in più a Palermo

Pros: Struttura molto centrale. Camera pulita e ben organizzata. Disponibilità dello staff. Ho prenotato il giorno stesso e il check in è stato fatto un’ora dopo.
