Pros: Close to the city center, comfortable bed, AC, very clean. Vincenza was a great host, tried really hard to communicate in English and give recommendations.

Cons: More power outlets are needed in the room. Some savoury alternatives for breakfast would be much appreciated, but cakes and coffee are typical Italian breakfast.

Good little b&b for short trip to Palermo.

Pros: Music and lights in bathroom was fun. Easy after hours check in (using key codes) . Breakfast was good and yummy .

Superb room and location! But don't expect too much of the jacuzzi

Pros: Location is really great! Just a few steps from the main shopping street of Palermo - easy to reach all the tourist spots. Staff is really great and prepared the room for us for early check. Enough space for two people and bed is comfy.

Cons: It wasn't the easiest to figure out how to use the jacuzzi. Also not the most comfortable for one to lie down and relax.

Very good value to discover Palermo!

Pros: Just a perfect stay like a hotel room. Very good location, quiet street. Very modern design of the room. Very friendly staff. Fantastic jacuzzi!

Modern and central

Pros: We stayed for one night only since we had to extend our stay in Palermo, arrived late in the evening and departed early morning, the accommodation has everything needed for a short stay (or if you plan to stay most of the time outside). The amenities were fresh and clean, nicely and modernly designed. The location is central but luckily outside the ZTL, there is much parking space (paid). The check in and contact with the owner was smooth (however we had no issues that required action). Breakfast is Italian and it was quite nice, the lady who assisted us with breakfast and check out IS DEFINITELY A SUNSHINE!! ☀️. Cons: Breakfast in the corridor is a bit uncomfortable, if you don’t buy breakfast or leave before it (it’s at 08.00) there is not even a coffee available for you. Check in after certain hours is without the personal assistance of the staff.

Music in the shower!

Pros: Great location, comfy bed, friendly staff, nicely decorated, overall a greta experience, and the cherry on top, they have radio in the bathroom!! 🎶

Pros: Location, close to main walking street in Palermo and all the sights. You can find street parking just block away. Clean room. Bathroom wins! It has music and light show in the shower. Good breakfast.

Recommended, everything was good!

Pros: everything was good, the hotel is very well located close to the city centre, the room was clean, and self check-in without any problems. parking is not available at the hotel, but in the streets nearby you can easily find parking for about 1€ per hour during the day and for free in the night.

Cons: you have to pay 5€ for changing the towels, this service should be free of charge.

Great stay close to Politeama

Pros: This was a lovely stay. It's located just outside the historic centre, but still very close to Piazza Politeama. Perfect location if you plan to get the bus to Mondello , airport or other locations. Self check in worked well, I wonder if there is an option for less tech savvy guests. Communication was easy, via WhatsApp. Breakfast was delicious ( sweet only!) - home made cakes, fresh every morning. Thanks Vincenza for your care and to the owner for the smooth communication!

Cons: The term luxurious is misleading, and not needed. The room is well equipped. I would totally remove the radio speakers in the room. It was left on by mistake and took a while to switch it on completely. The communication was prompt and everything was solved quickly. The room was quiet at night, and we were waking up fairly early in the morning, asking for breakfast and having it in the room. I think this should be the standard, the breakfast area is basically a stool in front of other people's room which I doubt they enjoy the chatting if they want to sleep longer.

Good location within walking distance to most things.

Pros: rooms : clean, comfy . location: Great within walking distance of everything. Vicenza, the lady running it was very helpful, we communicated via Google translate 😀 it has a very small lift, but it's on the first floor so short flight of stairs to reach the apartment the B&B is in.

Cons: I would say I was surprised rather than didn't like ! it wasn't an actual hotel in a dedicated building. It's an apartment in a building with several other B&B's the same, each apartment is converted into self contained B&B's, apparently not unusual in Palermo. There is only a small bar area with 2 stools to eat breakfast, as these were occupied we took ours to our room,there wasn't a table & chairs. It's self check in via security keypads like most Air B&B's. None of this would deter me from booking again ! but others might like to be made aware.
