It was a good choice

Pros: Good location - spacious, clean room facing inner courtyard which ensured the quiet during late nights and early mornings. Great terrace adjoining the dining room. Close to some venues where you can get really nice Sicilian food and the afternoon aperitivo. The breakfast consisted of supermarket sweets, yogurt and some ham and cheese - nothing wrong with this but it didn't say \

Cons: Maybe some fruits for breakfast or some cooked local products instead of boxed sweets and cold cuts you can find almost anywhere in Europe's supermarkets. Keep the coffee though! For such a big room a second chair would be nice but this is just a suggestion - it is very little time one gets to spend in the room after all... These are just observations from a very picky person :) ...

Perfect Place for discovering Palermo

Pros: Thanks to the recommendations of our host, we took the bus from the airport (40 min, 6 euros) and arrived very close to the flat (7 minutes walking). The flat has 5 rooms on 3rd floor and a big terrace. The location is perfect, max 30 minutes walk for all famous touristic places. We even succeeded to have a direct bus to Monte Pellegrino- perfect place for trekking with fantastic view. The rooms are quiet and fully equipped. The host was nice and friendly. He provided us with a list of best places to visit and best restaurants to eat! Thank you for all!

The perfect base camp for a trip to Palermo

Pros: Silvio and Sofia were fantastic hosts who were amazingly helpful and extremely friendly. The property is in a very convenient location in the city and had easy access to plenty of great spots. The rooms were comfortable, very spacious, and had everything I needed for my quick stay. I appreciated the access to a lift and the general security of the building.

Cons: The bathroom in the first room I stayed in had a very small shower which was a little difficult to use, but other than that I had no issues with the rooms or my stay.

Great hosts and pretty good location

Pros: The hosts were very pleasant and super helpful and responsive. The location was in a handy location - landmarks walking distance away. Modernly renovated place, it's well taken care of.

Cons: The street felt just slightly dodgy, but the whole city feels like that tbh. Breakfast is a bit basic. Some stains on the decorative bed covers.
