Great sized apartment well stocked fridge/wine rack. Great place to walk and explore.
Pros: Great sized apartment two bedrooms with nice comfy beds and two bathrooms (bonus). Good sized lounge and kitchen area with a very well stocked fridge and wine rack. Our host meet us at the apartment and gave us information on what to see and do and where to eat. The apartment is in a side street out from the centre but within easy reach on foot. Train station just at the top of the street. Good location for exploring.
Cons: Apartment at the top of the building so beware , you have to carry your bags up the narrow stairs.

Top & modern apartment in the hart of Palermo
Pros: Great and safe location in the heart of Palermo, quiet enough to have a great night's sleep. The host Vincenzo is top, he gave us great tips on sightseeing, as well as restaurant and bar recommendations. The apartment is large, modern and tastefully decorated. Since we were 4 ladies, it was very convenient to have two bathrooms. On the day of departure (we had a late flight), Vincenzo allowed us to store our luggage at no extra charge, for which we are very grateful. Highly recommend :)

Fantastic apartment for a short city break.
Pros: The apartment was very spacious and clean. We especially appreciated the fact there was water , coke, tonic etc in the fridge when we arrived hot and thirsty at 1am. Having two full bathrooms was a plus point. Vincenzo was an excellent host, who was happy to help any way he could. He even brought us a delicious selection of cakes for breakfast the first morning. Plenty of cups, plates, glasses etc provided in the kitchen with a large fridge and separate freezer. I loved the fact that there were clearly labelled recycling bins in the kitchen. Plenty of hangers in both bedrooms meant we could both hang up all our clothes. And hooks in the hallway for jackets, hoodies etc.
Cons: Very steep stairs that get quite narrow towards the top making carrying a heavy case a bit of challenge. The neighbours were very noisy and could be heard singing and shouting at their kids at 3am so earplugs a must if you are a light sleeper. The bed in the room opposite the bathroom had an extremely noisy bed that creaked loudly every time I turned over in the night and disturbed my husband. A ceiling fan or air-conditioning in the living area would have been great instead of just in the bedrooms.

A wonderful stay in a lovely apartment with an excellent host - we would be happy to come back!
Pros: The apartment was very clean, cozy, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The location is great, with all the main sights in the center relatively close and easy to reach on foot. Most importantly, the host Vincenzo is truly wonderful - very kind, attentive, and always ready to help with advice and recommendations. His warm hospitality meant a lot to us during our stay! ❤️

I would stay there again for sure
Pros: The host is extremely friendly and helpful. He was literally waiting for us and waiving at us from the balcony when we arrived. We got many interesting tips from him as well and the contact with his was super easy! We loved the location. It is very central and very easy to get anywhere (close to the metro station, close to the train but also walkable distance from many attractions), but in the same time, it is quiet. It gets a 10 from me.

Great apartment at a great price!
Pros: The host met us as we arrived and gave us a quick tour of the apartment. The apartment was well furnished and supplied. Owner provided a booklet with a lot of great info. He also supplied some beverages/wine for purchase at reasonable prices. It was a quick walk to the outdoor market, restaurants and sites of interest. I would highly recommend this property!

Two bedrooms two bathrooms, nearby city center. Wonderful stay!
Pros: I recently stayed at this wonderful property and had a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Our host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We had a late check-in at 1:30 AM, which was no problem at all. Many amenities are controlled remotely by the host, adding a modern touch to our stay. To top it off, there were refreshments available in the fridge for a small fee, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommended!
Cons: However, we did find it unsettling that there was a camera inside the house, even though it was only in the hallway. The second bathroom was adjacent to this area, which was a bit concerning. Also, the immediate neighborhood outside of the property was not clean, with a noticeable amount of litter, especially where we parked our car. It was a shame, considering how beautiful the city is. Overall, despite these issues, our stay at the property itself was pleasant and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
