Pros: Very good contact with host, clean and comfortable, everything you need. Option to make coffee or tea it's great. Good location, close to the train.

Pros: The host is very communicative and helpful.Easy check in.

Cons: The location of the apartment. I'm glad I wasn't on my own. Nothing happened but I wouldn't have felt save if I had to walk back to the room on my own, especially in the evening. We booked the apartment on our way back from visiting Sicily to be close by the train station and have an easy connection with the airport and that worked. But there are nicer areas in the city if somebody would like to stay longer.

Pros: Very nice and helpful owner. Spacious rooms, new equipment, clean. The common area is a nice room where you can eat something, drink tea or coffee. In the bathroom there are a few cosmetics, a hair dryer. In my opinion, a very good location - quite close to tourist attractions, I went everywhere on foot. Close to the main train station, which makes it easy to get to the airport, from the airport or go outside the city. The area - the real Palermo. I felt safe there. I recommend :)

Great apartment but on a noisy street

Pros: Exceptional cleanliness (great bathroom specifically) Dining area Close to the city center Fridge in the room

Cons: Property looks to the very noisy street, so it was hard to sleep with the windows open (with closed ones it was not that easy either) Area is not the neatest in Palermo

Large, comfy and very clean. Excellent host!

Pros: Very helpful host (Filippo); clean, spacious and luminous bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was also good. Close to transport hubs (5min to train station for airport and 15min to train station for Cefalù). One of the best rooms we have had during our tour of Sicily (and they were all pretty decent).

Cons: The name of the establishment is not displayed on the intercom downstairs, so one doesn't know which bell to ring. Maybe not to disturb guests in the premises?

Tutto perfetto!

Pros: La struttura era molto pulita, confortevole e soprattutto accogliente. La zona ha vicino il mercato, la metro e le fermate dell’autobus per andare verso il centro. Anche il check-in è stato molto facile e la proprietaria gentilissima.

Pros: La camera è ampia, accogliente e calda. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il frigo e l'ampia disponibilità dell'ambiente sala da pranzo.

Cons: In bagno manca un portasciugamani e uno scalda-salviette/termosifone per cui l'ambiente è freddo. Inoltre dal bagno arrivava un forte odore di fogna. Anche la posizione non è ottimale: pur essendo vicina alla stazione e al centro storico, la sera la zona è poco illuminata e bisogna spostarsi per cenare o cercare locali interessanti.

Ottima posizione, vicino al centro.

Pros: Ottima posizione, vicino al centro e alla stazione centrale. Flessibilità nel check in. Camera molto pulita. Non ci sono servizi inclusi, ma c'è la possibilità di usufruire di bollitore, macchinetta del caffè e microonde nella cucina comune.

Pros: Posizione strategica, struttura ben arredata e pulita, self check in comodo e veloce. Consiglio come base per girare la città
