Pros: One of the best hotels I've been to. In the city center, with a beautiful view, a large, clean bathroom, and a great kitchen with everything you need. Roberta is the best host, always available, and went above and beyond to provide snacks, water, juice, teas, coffee capsules, and more. Thank you for making my trip unforgettable🤍

Cosy stay with a great hospitality

Pros: The host was very proactive and reactive. Left a few things for us here and there that made the stay all the way more comfortable. Loved it !

Cons: We had a private bathroom with our own key but it was outside the room in the corridor shared with other guests, so not the most practical but not un-manageable

Perfect stay

Pros: Great location, near to Politeama plaza where we were able to take all public transport to airport, other cities (Trapani and Castellamare to then go to nearby islands and beaches). Roberta was a great host providing all relevant information, keeping constant communication with us in case any issue appeared and always maintaining a very kind and positive attitude. 100% recommend

Pros: Great location and amazing host - very kind and helpful. All amenities were clean and comfortable and the access to the studio was very convenient - you could unlock with a whatsapp call. We were able to leave our luggage after check out which was perfect. Water, coffee and snacks were available as well.

Cons: The bathroom was in a common hallway, but not shared. Pretty common for studios and very OK.

Pros: Ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Ήταν ήσυχο. Είχε ωραιο μπαλκονάκι με θέα.

Cons: Το βράδυ η περιοχή ήταν λίγο περίεργη. Δυσκολευτήκαμε να βρούμε το διαμέρισμα. Η πολυκατοικία του διαμερίσματος είναι παλιά και λίγο τρομακτική.

Appartement bien situé et on se sent comme chez soi

Pros: Appartement super bien situé proche des lieux touristiques de Palerme. Appartement très propre, aménagé avec goûts et un équipement très satisfaisant pour un séjour sans souci. On sent que Roberta a pensé au confort de ses hôtes à tout niveau. J’ai voyagé depuis 30 ans dans plusieurs pays, et là top. Quelques éléments qui peuvent paraître anecdotiques mais important : literie confortable, torchons à la cuisine, éponge neuve pour la vaisselle, bouteilles et jus de fruits dans le frigo à votre intention, serviettes de bain en nombre, café thé sucre confiture à disposition, salle de bain top ( douche italienne, wc, lavabo et lavabo toilette intime ), eau chaude et avec pression, système poubelle efficace avec tri. Et une communication avec Roberta, facile et intelligente.

Cons: Personne n’est parfait, j’ai cherché. Ras. A si, une passoire pour égoutter les pâtes 🍝 sauf si elle était quelque part et que je ne l’ai pas trouvée. Mais pour résumer, parfait à 99,90%
