Perfect hotel

Pros: This hotel is an absolute 11/10! The rooms are ultra-modern and exceptionally clean. The location is excellent, with the city center just a 10-minute walk away, and we were able to find parking right in front of the property. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts. They were incredibly kind, and when I asked for a bottle opener, they immediately bought a new one and provided it in the room. That’s truly outstanding service. Many thanks – I can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Front House Palermo. Check-in was very smooth, and Ricardo welcomed me with such warmth and kindness that I immediately felt at home. The room was spotless and had thoughtful touches — candies, tea, and a coffee/espresso machine. The location is excellent: very central, just a short walk to the historic centre, Palermo Centrale station, and the SAIS bus station. The entrance is also easy to find, right next to a small vegetable shop. Thank you, Ricardo, for making my stay in Palermo so comfortable and welcoming!

A decent stay close to the Palermo station.

Pros: It was a modern room with new fixtures. There was a smart television and then WiFi worker well. There is small kitchenette outside.

Cons: The air wasn't cooling very well and the toilet seat was wobbly and when flushing, water would splash out from one side. There were cigarette butts between the glass and the blinds of the window.

Pros: The host was super helpful and the apartment was nice and cosy. I recommend this place!

Great location and room

Pros: Easy communication, clean room and bathroom. Good facilities. Great location, close to train and bus station

Pros: Clean comfortable and quiet. Very well located for the bus and train station and only a short walk to the city centre

Cons: Larger plaque on the front door and directions saying it is between a greengrocer and a food shop to help you find it

Pros: Everything went well. Nice room and bathroom in an apartment. Host was very helpful. Bed is comfortable. Location is very good. Would go back anytime.

Pros: Minden úgy van, ahogy a tájékoztatásban: mindenhez közel található, gyalog egy délelőtt, kényelmesen, nem sietve meg tudtuk nézni a történelmi csodákat. Jó volt tudni, hogy közel van a központi buszállomás, így az esti programunkhoz se kellett a bérelt autónkat használni. (Parkoló helyet ugyanis nagyon nehéz - mint általában Szicíliában - találni. Szerencsénkre épp kiállt valaki, így 2 napig biztos helye volt a kocsinak.) Az apartman csoda szép, kényelmes és nagyon modern. Közvetlenül a kapubejáratnál friss gyümölcsöket is lehet kapni. A fiatalember, aki fogadott minket nagyon kedves, segítőkész, barátságos, egy szóval nagyon szimpatikus volt.

Cons: Nem volt ilyen.
