Pros: It was an amazing place located in the center of Palermo on a walkable distance from all of the major sites. Salvatore the host was absolutely amazing, he gave very useful suggestions and in general was available to help in any difficult situation. The room itself was pretty spacious and nice, the inside courtyard was absolutely amazing and the shared kitchen was nice and clean too. I am beyond satisfied with my experience.

Cons: Nothing really.

Pros: We got a really huge and cosy room, the design style was very special, especially the shower design and the access to the common terrace. When we return to Palermo, this will be our place…

Awesome place - great value for money and spacious!

Pros: The common area was great and the kitchen facilities! The room was quite big and def value for money! The staff went out of their way to help and were very accommodating. Beds are hard but that is to be expected for all my travels in Italy!

Cons: Sometimes the room key would not register but I worked out I had to go out and come back in again and I could get it to work!

Nothing to complain. Everything was great.

Pros: Good concept. The host was helpful and friendly. Got basic needs like kettle, microwave, fridge and cooking utensils.

Pros: Perfect location, very comfortable for travelling. The room was cozy and silent, the host welcomed us very warmly. Definitely recommended!

Pros: The staff is really kind and extremely helpful. I also found that the room had a lot of character which made coming back very refreshing. The location is also right next to the historic center of the city with everything just a couple of minutes away by foot. Fantastic experience overall.

Pros: The room was very roomy, and very nice and clean. This is not a typical flat, it´s more like a small hotel in the sense that you get a private room with bathroom, but the rest are common areas. Accesing the property is very easy and it´s extremely well located. The service was top notch

Cons: Only a couple of things: The kitchen is a comon area, so it´s a bit difficult to cook. I must have overlooked that when I booked, as I was expecting a flat rather than a small hotel. Not a bad experience, just different. Although the the toilet is private, the showers do not offer any kind of privacy, so do take that into account if you´ll be booking for 2 couples for example.

Cute room and amazing location

Pros: The room was so spacious and cute. The beds were really comfortable. There were 2 ACs, one facing each bed. The open double shower was really cute. The location is perfect, it’s in the city center, near all the must-see spots of Palermo. The terrace is really cosy and the staff really nice and helpful. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m visiting Palermo.

Cons: Me and my friends didn’t mind and actually found it funny but I think it’s important to mention that if you stay in this room with friends or family, you need to be at ease with nudity because you can see the showers from the beds since it’s an open bathroom. There are 2 showers, so it actually saves time.

Great stay in the centre of Palermo

Pros: Comfortable beds, clean rooms, fully equipped kitchen and lovely patio.

Would recommend it , especially for the couple if you are to stay in one of the smallest room due to bathroom facilities

Pros: Love the way it’s situated by the Main Street with an easy access to the local amenities.
