Very good hotel
Pros: The owner was very kindness, quickly response anytime. The room was the most clean, modern. Shared space is almost good and nice interior design. Location is good from the train station that connects with the PMO airport.
Cons: It was the perfect if we can change towel to new one every day.

Practical room to visit Palermo
Pros: The gentleman in charge is very kind and helpful. The district itself is not very rich but the rooms are located 10 mn away from the Palatine chapel in the Norman castle, the jewel of Palermo, and also near a lovely church, St John of the Hermits.

Clean, modern and comfortable stay.
Pros: The place is very tidy and modern. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with nice, modern bathrooms. The main railway station and most locations in the city are within walking distance. Also the staff there is really nice and helpful.
Cons: I have nothing to complain about.

Pros: Our stay was very nice in this newly renovated apartment with several rooms with a small lobby. Very nice rooms, spacious, clean, good beds. We arrived late in the evening and have to phone few times to owner before he arrived but in the end we got in to our rooms. He was a nice person and very sorry for the misunderstanding.
Cons: The communication was not very fluent between us and the owner in English, but it was fun. Our Italian skills are not good and ability to speak Italian is very limited, some basic words, but it helped us to understand each other.

The apartment was very clean and was far nicer than expected.
Pros: I'm new to travelling and had never visited Italy before. I didn't realise that WhatsApp was the main method of communication and check-in but once that was sorted the gentleman who met me to let me into the apartment was very kind and friendly. He showed me around the room and gave me some recommendations for places to visit in the area. The room was very clean which is a big must for me.
Cons: The area is definitely a bit more residential so it was hard to get my bearings and I was initially nervous BUT I quickly realised residents are very friendly and happy to help. I entered several shops in which shopkeepers and customers helped me find things despite the language barrier. So, not much of a downside, but it was the only thing I could think of.

We liked the place. Except for AC not working our stay was nice.
Pros: Brand new, modern furnishings. Great balcony. Quiet area. Walking distance from train station. Great walk to main shopping area with all the sights.
Cons: Street level had no listing for Green Suite. We had to ask a guy on the street if he knew the place. He called and got ahold of the owner who then came down 6 floors to open the door. It should be clearly marked at the street. There is an elevator. We had 2 rooms. Our AC didn't work. The room was stuffy.

CERCA DE LA ESTACION.
Pros: Para pasar una noche es perfecto. Tranquilo y cerca de la estación. Instalaciones reformadas y limpias. Comunicación fácil con Fabio.
Cons: Aunque esté cerca de la estación, los alrededores del barrio no son los mejores. El “Sanitrit” del Water no funcionaba y teníamos que echar los papeles “usados/manchados” a la papelera, no se podían echar al water, pero bueno….

Pros: Grundsätzlich hat uns alles gepasst. Das es sich um eine renovierte Wohnung handelt ist natürlich (Okt. 24) alles noch neu. Man sieht aber, dass wohl bei gewissen Sachen eher auf möglichst billig, denn auf langlebig und gute Qualität geachtet wurde. Dies dürfte sich auf Dauer nicht zum Vorteil herausstellen und wohl in künftigen Bewertungen Einfluss haben. Eigentlich schade ! Die Lage der Wohnung ist soweit ruhig und von den Zimmern aus hat man Aussicht über Dächer und in die umliegenden Hügel von Palermo. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Wohnquartier und man muss also einige Minuten zu Fuss gehen, um einzukaufen oder ein Kaffe oder Ristorante zu erreichen. Dank dieser Lage der Unterkunft ist es dafür für palermitanische Verhältnisse ruhig - wir haben das geschätzt ☺️. Der Gastgeber ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit👍🏻. Das W-Lan funktioniert sehr gut!
Cons: War für uns jetzt kein Problem, aber wenn der Lift in den sechsten Stock ausfällt ( war zum Beispiel bei unserem Aufenthalt der Fall ), dann dürften Personen, die nicht gut zu Fuss sind oder viel Gepäck mit sich führen ein nicht zu unterschätzendes Problem haben. Da zieht sich dann der Weg in den sechsten Stock doch seeeeehr😜😇.
