Pros: The accomodation was beautiful with large bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There was a parking spot right before the accomodation, although we were probably lucky. The accomodation is twenty minutes by walk from the city center.

Pros: The place is very well located and Stefania was a great host. She helped us a lot in the late evening we arrived as we had to solve a personal issue. The room is quite spacious and was very clean.

Good place to come by car in Palermo

Pros: Clean, spacey room and bathroom. Possible to find parking in the neighboring streets. Possibility to use kitchen with complementary coffee. Very nice and helpful host. 25-30 min to the city canter walking, which was good deal for me not needing to use the car.

Cons: The bathrooms in the complex is indeed nice and private, but generally the bathrooms are remote form the rooms, so you need to go through common space corridor in order to reach your private bathroom, and unlock/lock it for usage. Noisy form the street and inside corridor. Light cannot be blinded on transparent over-door upper parts so whoever turns on the light in corridor makes the room lightened.

Pros: The hospitable hostess checked us in the morning, thanks to her. Very nice and clean rooms, testifully furnished. There is a comfortable kitchen.

Cons: Private bathroom in out of the room, you need to go true the common hall.

The stay was lovely, the hosts were very friendly, communicative and helpful with everything we needed

Great for a short visit to Palermo

Pros: The room was great, comfortable and clean. Big enough for four people, the bathroom is very big. It is outside of the room, but nothing bad about it.

Cons: It is a loud part of the city, so if you're a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend. Through the whole night there is music, singing, shouting, traffic and similar.

Nice clean room with ok location

Pros: The owner waited for us, despite us coming very late, almost at midnight. He and his wife welcomed us nicely and helped with finding a parking place on the street. Everything was very clean and we didn't miss anything in those 2 nights while we were there. Location is good, 25 to 30 minutes walk to the core center.

Cons: There was nothing not to like, it was exactly as explained in the description. Maybe the only thing which could cause a bit of difficulty is finding a parking place on the street, since it's always quite full. But we were lucky and found it immediatelly and then we didn't move it until we checked out. But as mentioned it can be found.
