A pleasant stay in a very comfortable apartment with the beautiful views.
Pros: Almost everything was over our expectations. Beautiful view from both front and the back window. Apartment's equipment was satisfying, we had everything we would need during our stay. Location was very good - bus stop less than 50 meters away, supermarket (full of everything) and local bakery (cheap and tasty!) in the same distance. Tiny marina and a stony beach 400 m away. +1 for the binoculars on the shelf near the front window! :)
Cons: There were few tiny issues that are not worth mentioning, but the biggest one is the window locking mechanism. Many windows has a problem with the lock - it doesn't hold the window closed properly and it is enough to grab the window to open it. For adult it is not a big issue, but I have to mention it as a parent - even a little kid could open the window unnoticed, it is dangerous especially when the window has no pest net installed. Being in the host's shoes, I would also take care about the pipes sticking out of the walls in few places - they break the overall view of the flat.

Can definitely recommend - you won't regret it
Pros: The good things about this apartment are: - Apartment is very big - It has 3 air conditioners (super important considering how sunny and hot it can be) - Everything was very clean - Kitchen is well equipped (literally everything you need) - Everything in bathroom is working well (few toilet papers in reserve, towels are great, shower cabin works really good) - Internet was really good, no issues, no interruptions - Communication with the owner was great, she lives close, and is available on WhatsApp to help and answer any questions. She is super kind with positive attitude.
Cons: The things that we personally think could be better/improved - Pillows are either too thin or too oversized and big, so it was somewhat a challenge for the neck and the back - The kitchen aspirator was not working - The residence tax here on the booking in the description of apartment was 16 EUR, but when we arrived we got charged 32 EUR. This should be fixed on apartment description. The things that cannot be improved I believe because of the building itself: - No elevator, and it's 4th floor (rooms have high ceiling so it feels you climb 5 floors :D) --- But again, positives outweighs few negatives, and I'd give this apartment a 9 out of 10.

Pros: It was really complete with all the appliances and everything was perfect. the views were also amazing to the sea and to the mountain and such a big space. The lady also was very kind with us

Pros: Bardzo udany pobyt w Casa Aura. Apartament jest przestronny, czysty i dobrze wyposażony – bez problemu nadaje się nawet na dłuższy pobyt. Ogromnym plusem jest piękny widok na morze i Monte Pellegrino oraz spokojna okolica. Kuchnia ma wszystko, co potrzebne, a klimatyzacja działa bez zarzutu.Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra – obiekt znajduje się blisko zarówno centrum Palermo, jak i plaży Mondello, do których można łatwo i szybko dojechać. W okolicy są przystanki komunikacji miejskiej, co ułatwia zwiedzanie miasta.Kontakt z gospodarzem był bezproblemowy, obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Zdecydowanie polecam – świetny stosunek jakości do ceny.

Pros: Lokalizacja dosłownie obok morza oraz góry Pellegrino. Piękne widoki zarówno z jednej jak i drugiej strony apartamentu. Bardzo czysto i przestronnie. Wszystko co potrzebne do pobytu zostało zapewnione przez właścicielkę. Dodatkowo podczas ostatniego dnia pobytu właścicielka zgodziła się przechować nasze bagaże już po wymeldowaniu, aż do przyjazdu naszego autobusu powrotnego.

Apartamento bem localizado em Palermo em frente ao mar.
Pros: O apartamento está localizado numa zona de fácil acesso e estacionamento sempre disponível. As divisões do apartamento tem boas áreas e está completamente equipado o que confere conforto à estadia.
Cons: O apartamento localiza-se num terceiro andar, sem elevador. A água do duche não é quente o suficiente.

Adorable place with a sea view!
Pros: The place is beautifully decorated, very clean and so quiet at night. The bed is super comfortable and there is a hairdryer and even a clothes steamer. The host did everything to make my stay more comfortable. It is a little far from the center, but I navigated the buses easily. Taxi was $25 Euro from the center . Bus $1.40 for 90 mins purchased from Tabacci store close by. Everything all brand new! Fantastic view to have your coffee (provided)
Cons: The apartment is a personal residence, so there was no name of the hotel on the door, which was confusing. I believe the Host will be changing that. Top floor, so many stairs but the host carried my luggage for me! Gabrielle is wonderful!

Pros: Accoglienza ottima e casa davvero accogliente e bella, con tutti i servizi essenziali e non. Vista sul mare da davanti e sul Castello Utveggio da dietro. Arrivando dalla stazione più vicina magari c'è un po' di strada da fare, ma una volta arrivati ci sono diverse attività molto vicine tra cui bar, panineria e un supermercato.
