Highly recommended, worth returning to and a great choice for everyone. Excellent value for money.

Pros: Unbeatable location, almost all attractions in Palermo are within walking distance. Full of restaurants, bars, pubs around, worth to see the whole Centro Storico. For further destinations there is a bus stop in front of the house, and the main train station is an 8-10 minute walk, from where you can go on excursions by bus or train. Check-in is simple and smooth, the room is comfortable, clean and quiet despite the building is on a busy main road. Breakfast is a 2 minute walk away, salty and sweet hot snacks, soft drinks, tea or coffee, perfectly sufficient and delicious, the service is fast. The host was extremly helpful with quick anwers in any time, the bed and the pillows are new and comfortable.

Cons: Just one small thing: the heating is just the air conditioning, which takes time to warm up the room. When it's raining and cold, it would be nice to have a warm room and bathroom that you don't have to wait for. But it was never so cold that it was really bothersome.

Pros: Clean and well equipped accommodation. Breakfast served in nearby cafe where staff delightful. Sheets changed midweek. Guiseppe really helpful and pleasant.

Cons: Nothing - would have liked to access Netflix on tv - not sure if me not being IT savvy !

It was a last minute booking made because we needed accommodation because of a train strike and we were very pleasantly

Pros: Beautiful room, friendly and helpful host, great location in heart of historic Palermo. Room had excellent sound proofing and was very quiet despite the entrance being from a busy street.

Cons: Nothing!
