Pros: I highly recommend this boutique hotel! It has a fantastic location, efficient air conditioning, reliable Wi-Fi, and communication with Luca was easy and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Guests also have access to a well-equipped kitchen, which was a great bonus. Thank you, Luca for a great stay!

Pros: Extremely well considered layout in a wonderful location. A short stroll to the heart of Palermo’s historical centre. Loved the excellent quality fittings and high ceilings. Luca was a fantastic host and made everything so easy for us. Would love to come and stay again.

Pros: Host went to a lot of effort to put out nice cups/tablecloths/cake plates which we could use in the kitchen. The use of a fridge in the kitchen was an added bonus. Excellent location. Very helpful nice host who was available on site if needed.

Luca is a great host!

Pros: Location, our room and the common areas. Luca, the host, helped us a lot with his flexibility for the check in, services after check out and finding parking. We had an issue with the shower and he helped us super fast.

Totally enjoyed our stay in Palermo due to the superb location of our accommodation.

Pros: Perfect location, just five minutes from the train station and top class bars and restaurants close by. Everything within walking distance.

Cons: All was good.

Function room with a central location. Ideal base for Palermo sightseeing.

Pros: The location was very central. The room was decent and had everything we expected. The French doors stopped most of the noise from the street. Shower was powerful and always had hot water. The use of a communal kitchen was handy. Luca was a very helpful and pleasant host.

Cons: All of the rooms are off a communal area, which is available for all guests to use. Whilst this is a plus, it can also be a source of noise from the other guests if they are part of a group and decide to have a party at 1am. Thankfully, this happened only once during our 5 night stay.

Perfect location for our 1 night stay before our flight,great location near Quattro Canti.

Pros: The apartment is on the Via Roma and very handy for Palermo Centrale station and bus to/from airport.Despite being on one of the busiest streets in Palermo we slept well.Luca the host is ver friendly,helpful and full of information about his city an excellent host.Spacious and comfortable room.
