We would definitely recommend it, one of the very best hotel stays we've ever had.

Pros: The staff were so motivated to make our stay as positive an experience as possible. They were a wonderful combination of politeness and friendliness. As for the breakfasts, I suggest this hotel may have provided the best I've had outside my own home.

Cons: The only real negative concerns the on-going refurbishment. Perhaps we should have been forewarned? The hotel was sectioned off day after day as different areas were worked on behind dust sheets. The hotel and their contractors did an excellent job of managing this, but it meant that some of the facilities were unavailable. So, what we got was not what the website stated was available. To finish on a positive, this excellent hotel will be spot-on once the refurbishment is complete.

Pros: Very stylish, immensely comfortable minimalist apartments: brilliant beds, excellent bathroom and completely OTT breakfast buffet.

Cons: No mineral water supplied to the rooms - had to ask for it twice and collect bottles from the reception (for which they were duly apologetic).

Pros: Top location, wonderful staff, great breakfast, very comfortable room. Loved it.

Comfort and relaxed stay in an interesting and friendly neighbourhood

Pros: Great location, clean and renovated comfortably. We stayed in the b&b rooms rather than the main building which was superb. Breakfast was very fresh and tasty enjoyed in a lovely courtyard.

Cons: Some minor aspects in the room didn’t work such as hooks that were loose so couldn’t be used and a fridge that wasn’t cold. Otherwise very good. These wouldn’t stop me recommending to others.

Pros: The room is beautiful and the breakfast oh my the spot is just beautiful restaurant and great food! The bed was comfy and it was lovely

Cons: The room was great however the drains smell like sewage and it became unbearable at one stage. Had to turn all the water on and open the window and it smelled the room up. The B&B Door didn’t work and the last people in the room had not given the key back so we had to wait The shower would go hot and cold and then not go hot at all

Could not have chosen a better place to stay

Pros: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful during my stay, they all spoke perfect English and were attentive to any questions or needs. The room was stunning and pristine in a perfect location, I never had to walk more than 15 minutes to get to any popular part of Polermo. The b&b is located right beside a large, bustling, lively market. The breakfast was exceptional, full of a large selection of fresh pastries, cakes and fruits with an additional option from the menu, all included in the price.

Cons: Absolutely nothing, all expectations were exceeded especially for the price and location. If you are staying in Palermo, Casa Nostra must be at the top of the list.

Pros: Breakfast was lovely, location was very central, excellent customer service and rooms were recently renovated so that was a pleasant surprise

When I will go to Palermo again, I will definitely stay here again. Overall good location, very close to the market ever

Pros: It was very modern and beautiful. The bed and pillows were good quality. There was a wonderful balcony with a view of market. The bathtub had a bubble and light function, when I booked it I didn't know, so it was please surprise. There was also toothpaste, toothbrush and everything needed for stay!

Cons: I couldn't discover where electricity plug for the coffee machine is.

Mondello mole was lovely’s

Pros: Breakfast was generous and of a high quality. The B & B overlooking the market etc provided great entertainment. The staff were exemplary even with a little check in delay. The stairs were hard at first with luggage but fine after that. Thankyou

Pros: We were absolutely blown away by our experience at this hotel. As soon as we stepped into our room with captivating views of the old town and mountains from the balcony, we knew we were in for an unforgettable stay. The king-size bed and luxurious ceramic bathtub in the room were an unexpected surprise, and the hotel staff was attentive and professional, ensuring every need was met. The bathroom was spacious and equipped with all the necessities for us to feel cozy and relaxed. Not only that, but the breakfast menu in the cozy courtyard of the main hotel area was simply divine. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.
