Great stay 10 ⭐

Pros: Great stay, great hosts and great location! From the very first minutes of my stay I felt welcomed and taken care of. It was pretty easy to find the place and check in. Alba del Capo is located nearby Mercato del Capo or Teatro Massimo - both worth a visit- to the point I was able to walk everywhere to see the most interesting places in Palermo. The room was big enough with a TV, a fridge, a balcony and free champagne at arrival. Both the room and the bathroom were really clean. The breakfast was also tasty, both sweet and savory served at the time we chose. Special thanks go to Aurora from Alba del Capo. After hearing I wouldn't be able to have breakfast on the day of my check out, she left some food and tasty juice to have in the morning. 10⭐ for you!

Pros: I had seen the reviews mentioning breakfast, and still it well exceeded our expectations! We left full and satisfied every day.

Cons: We could hear every noise in the hallway, but nothing from the other rooms.

Pros: Perfect location, close to everything, breakfast not only sweet, very helpful and friendly staff and owners, we were welcomed with a bottle of champagne, we were there in January and there was air conditioning so you don't have to worry about it being cold, I highly recommend it, if we go back there, it will be this place!!!

Pros: The staff was very nice and kind. The location is great. Just a very short walk to Mercato del Capo, Teatro Massimo and Via Maqueda. Parking on the street was very easy (and free past 8pm).

Great central location and friendly staff

Pros: The location is excellent, right in the center of Palermo, just a few steps away from Teatro Massimo. The room itself is very nice, spacious enough, and the bathroom is actually quite large. The staff was very friendly and helpful. That being said, overall it was still a nice experience

Cons: The only real issue for me was the elevator. Since the building is probably quite old, the elevator is extremely small—just enough space for one person with luggage—and it has a very strange closing system. If you are claustrophobic, there’s absolutely no way you could use it. Another downside is the very early check-out time. It’s before 10:00 a.m., which I personally find too early. I was a bit late, and they did rush me a little to check out. They do allow you to leave your luggage until 12:00, but if you want to leave it after 2:00 p.m., you need to pay €10, which I also find a bit unreasonable.

Warm welcome in Palermo

Pros: Cleanliness and location were perfect, but the added value is especially played by the staff and the excellent breakfast they serve in the morning. This place is the demonstration that little details can just make your stay much better - a little treasure in the heart of Palermo.

Cons: For the price we paid there’s nothing to complain about.
