Testa del Moro - Nel Cuore di Palermo

We enjoyed it overall

Pros: Good location , but the entrance door not easy to find . Lovely staff , comfortable, spacious rooms , good wi fi connections

Cons: The entrance is not easy to find & it’s not easy to lift the bags to enter the building , to carry the bags one flight of stairs to the elevator.

Brilliant!!

Pros: This was a self-service check-in B&B. The owner sent me very detailed and clear instructions, with photos, on how to access the building which so helpful. There were a few codes etc but his instruct=ions made the process very simple. A straightforward walk from the station and very close to the historic centre. Breakfast was varied and very nice. Comfortable room with a nice bathroom and good air-conditioning. There is a lift which is great. One thing to note: the B&B is on the first floor of an old building which could seem a bit daunting for some. I was familiar with this type of building so no dramas, but returning at night, whilst very safe, you need to know where there lights are when you enter. I was travelling alone and I NEVER worried or scared but it may be a surprise at first for some. A really lovely stay in Palermo

Definitely recommend

Pros: Great location, nice rooms and lovely staff. Breakfast was nice.

Cons: Driving to the location was challenging

Nice place to stay for one or two nights in central Palermo

Pros: Good location to explore the historic centre and fairly quiet considering its proximity to bars and restaurants. Very helpful with suggestions to get from the airport.

Cons: No facilities to make tea or coffee

It was good, location is great to explore Palermo.

Pros: Location, breakfast (Italian breakfasts are usually slim, here they at least have a couple of options). Air conditioning was very well placed and helped a lot in the summer.

Cons: Our room was pretty dark since the window faces inwards into the building. We weren’t spending too much time there but during summer days you have to hide somewhere in peak hours. The shower switch wasn’t working but it was fixed when we asked. The bar downstairs was quite noisy on Saturday night but the rest of the days it was ok.

Pros: Excellent room and fabulous breakfast. The hosts were fabulous. The position was central and easy to access main interest sites in Palermo

Pros: The staff was awesome. Rooms were clean and beds really comfortable. Place was relatively easy to find and within walking distance from the main sights.

Cons: Location... was great, but there's noisy bar just below the rooms. In the weekends you have rock concert in your room. I didn't mind, but walls between rooms are really thin. You hear everything.

Pros: The location is very good. Smooth and contactless check-in. There are restaurants and markets everywhere and there is a wide variety. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Here are two different pillows, one thin and the other thick. It was the most comfortable sleep I've ever had outside of my home. Good balcony, sunny all day. Powerful air conditioner.

Cons: There is a bar with live music right downstairs. This is not just noise; all orchestra in your room and you can feel the bass of the music. if you'r sleeping like catnap this room is not for you. I dont mind, music was good. If you need they give earplugs as a gift.

Pros: Great location, lovely room and a friendly welcome at breakfast.

Great location to enjoy Palermo.

Pros: We had a lovely stay for 2 night. Very comfortable room and bed. Enjoyed a lovely breakfast, Marguerita is such a sweet lady making sure you are well looked after. Great location, close to everything. Highly recommend.
