Piazza Marina

Enjoyed Palermo from this location.

Pros: Location and acceptability was great, supermarket, flee market, restaurants tourist attractions all close by.

Cons: Multiple cats should be removed from adjoining roofs which are adjacent to bedroom windows.

I had a wonderful time.

Pros: I had a really great stay at Luca’s place! The room was comfortable, clean, and full of useful amenities. The bathroom was spotless and very convenient — everything felt well taken care of. The location is absolutely perfect, especially for someone like me who knows the area well. It was the ideal base for getting around. Thanks again for everything, Luca! Looking forward to coming back soon.

Lovely little studio apartment in a perfect location for visiting the area. Super helpful host too ☺️

Pros: Lovely little studio apartment in a perfect location for visiting the area. It has everything you need for a short stay. Bed is comfy too.

Pros: Verry easy remote check in and flexible easily contactable host, Luca. Great room and facilities, especially excellent air con. Location ideal for us as was right in the middle of La Kalsa area which is full of nice bars and restaurants. Booked this last minute due to a travel cancellation but was easily one of the nicest apartments we stayed during the trip, with great value for money.

Cons: Shower door leaked water onto bathroom floor

Perfect location

Pros: Stayed here a couples of days before flying home from Palermo. Perfect location and a nice room. The surrounding streets are bursting with restaurants, bars and cafe's. We never actually met the host or the staff but everything worked out smoothly and information was clear. All our questions were answered quickly on WhatsApp. Highly recommended

Pros: The room is very clean, confortable, and tastefully decorated. The staff, as well as the owner, were superb: kind, attentive, and very responsive at any time of the day. The B&B is ideally located, and only a short walk from the Cassaro and the seafront. Most points of historical interest, markets, and commerce are located within a 30-minute walk.

Cons: The air conditioning unit may need some maintenance.

Pros: Very good communication with the hotel over whats app & super helpful organising a cab for us!

Relaxing comfortable stay at the Piazza Marina apartments in Palermo.

Pros: The apartments at the Piazza Marina are located in a central area, so everything is fairly close and within walking distance. It was very quit at night. The building where the apartment is located was very secure and we felt safe.

Cons: Difficulty to find the apartment. The bed was quite comfortable, but the bed frame was too big for the mattress, so you had to watch where you were walking around the bed to avoid walking into the bed frame

Great location and lovely place

Pros: Very good location and the area is quiet. Luca contacted us in advance to know the time we will arrive and watch out during the time we spent there.

Cons: Nothing related with the B&B just to let people know that during weekends the church bells ring at 7.30😂

Ci r0itorno

Cons: Ascensore troppo.d\
