Pros: The main point for me was Wi-Fi. And it was really excellent. I worked from the hotel without issues, while my Mom had a walk around Palermo. But the biggest impression was Enza! Excellent, kind, hospitality woman with perfect sense of humor! Enza helped us with ideas what to visit in Palermo and orded us public taxi back to the airport. Breakfasts were sweet and enough: bread, granola, yogurt, croissant, jams, honey. Coffee and tea are available 24/7. Convenient room and bathroom. And this fantastic view from the balcony! Super location for living in the city. Strongly recommend! Best regards from Zoya and Olga from Belarus

Pros: Super nice, autentic style accomodation. Best place to explore the city! The room is very large, and you have everything you need in it! The household lady is extremely kind, and she helps in everything for you!

Cons: The elevator is a bit caotic.

Highly recommend, great spot and nice apartment in Palermo

Pros: Location was fantastic, breakfast was good, Enza was super helpful.

Cons: Get your muscles ready for luggage as the lift doesn't reach all floors

Pros: Perfect location—just a short walk from the train station and close to all the main attractions, set in a lovely neighborhoods full of bars and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a simple but satisfying breakfast each morning. We were warmly welcomed on our first morning by a very kind, attentive, and friendly Mrs Enza who made us feel right at home.

Cons: It might be helpful to have a shower door to prevent water from leaking onto the floor. Also, be aware that there are about six flights of stairs, which can be challenging if you have a suitcase.
