A good experience, a pleasant stay.

Pros: Clean, spacious and modern. Comfortable bed, convenient bathroom and amazing view.

Cons: The noise from outside was a bit loud sometimes

Pros: Very nice new apartment with comfy beds and spacious bathroom. espresso maker was a huge bonus as the balcony y in the morning provided a great view of the harbor and mountains. Simone was a very gracious and friendly host. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance and a grocery store a few blocks walking distance. Secure covered. Parking across the street $18 overnight. Nice little vending machine right outside the door for late night snacks.

Cons: No complaints at all. A little suggestion. Perhaps extra towel hooks or rails to hang towels. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay.and highly recommend.

Pros: I recently stayed at Luxury Rooms, and my experience was outstanding. The harbour is right in front, giving the place a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The area feels very safe, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was elegant, spacious, and spotlessly clean, offering the perfect mix of comfort and style. The kitchen was perfect, fully equipped and very convenient. I asked Simone, who works there, for a kettle and an iron, and he kindly brought me brand-new ones the very next day. He was always helpful, available, and quick to respond whenever I needed anything. Luxury Rooms combines a stunning location, first-class comfort, and excellent service. I would highly recommend it and will definitely return.

Pros: We spent 4 days at this hotel and were very satisfied. The rooms are clean, cozy, and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming. We would like to give special thanks to the owner – he is very friendly and helpful. At our request, he even allowed us to check in earlier, which was very convenient for us. The location of the hotel is also excellent: everything is nearby, and the view from the balcony is beautiful, adding even more charm to the stay. We left with wonderful impressions and can truly recommend this hotel to others.”

Pros: I really enjoyed staying in this room, everything was just wonderful. The room is quite spacious, as is the bathroom, with a wonderful balcony where you can enjoy a beautiful view while drinking coffee or tea. The room itself is very clean, there is everything you need: a kettle, a coffee machine, a comfortable bed. The room itself is new and fresh. I also appreciated the silence, I did not hear my neighbors and this was important for me! I want to express special gratitude to the owner Simone for his friendliness, high level of service and his recommendations!

Pros: The property is nice and looks just like in the photos. There’s an elevator, a snack vending machine, and air conditioning. It’s clean, spacious, with a view of the port. Great location and easy communication with the host, who was very helpful throughout the entire stay.

Excelent option at all levels

Pros: * Location very close to the city center * Simone, our host, was super friendly and always available * Room commodities themselves were very good and everything was completely clean. * Good relation between price/quality

Cons: Small issue with outside building door key but was immediately solved by Simone.

Pros: The place is spacious, nice and very clean. Equiped with everything you need to have a comfortable stay.

Cons: The location near the harbor is very noisy, even during the night. But we got used to it.

Pros: Clean, spacious and modern room with large shower facilities. Only 20 mins walk to the historic centre and in a safe area.

Cons: Street noise from the busy road beside the property. Noise could be heard from other guests shutting doors and talking in the hallway. We would have liked to have more towels and coffee pods provided. City tax not included in the quoted price, it would have been better if we could pay that via booking.com, rather than needing to arrange payment in person.
