Great location, good value for money, and a friendly owner

Pros: Great location, just a 10-minute walk from Teatro Massimo. The room was very clean, modern, and nicely furnished. The owner was easy to reach and very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, excellent value for money.

Cons: The soundproofing was not perfect, probably because the apartments were created from a larger flat, but honestly, I have never stayed in an apartment with perfect sound insulation anyway. For breakfast, there could have been a bit more variety in vegetables — only tomatoes were available.

Good apartment to stay.

Pros: Overall a good apartment to stay for short visits eventhough it's location being a bit far from city center. However its clean, quite, and reasonably priced. The caretaker/ owner was extremely helpful.

Cons: Only wish they served boiled eggs with breakfast.

Great!

Pros: We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The owner was really kind and even went out of his way to get us some extra things for breakfast that weren’t originally there. Everything went smoothly, and we really appreciated the hospitality. Highly recommended!

Pros: A very attractive bedroom in this small, modern bed and breakfast. Enjoyed having a room with a terrace overlooking the port. Clear instructions for arrival and helpful suggestions for dining options in the area. It was quiet and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Service was friendly.

Cons: 10am checkout is too early.

A great stay

Pros: The room was amazing, lovely and clean, comfortable, good sound proofing. The bathroom was modern and clean. The breakfast was really good- all sorts on offer including local foods and focaccia and things. The host was very friendly and easy to contact via WhatsApp. We arrived well before check-in and they accommodated us leaving our bags easily. It was very clean. Lots of information about surrounding area provided on check-in. They organised an airport shuttle service at a competitive price. We felt safe. The view at breakfast was lovely. The room also came stocked with a couple of snacks which was a lovely touch.

Cons: It was a short walk to the main tourist / old town area. Which was fine for us, but be worth noting for other people. All in all though we thought it was excellent.

Good location

Pros: The communication with the history was excellent, and all the recommendations were perfect. The room was very spacious with a lovely balcony and a view of the port area. The location was perfect for our stay being both close to the old town and to the port area with its fountain, restaurants and bars.
