Decent experience with an excellent location

Pros: The property is well located and has an established organisation. We had very pleasant communication online and on-site. The room was comfortable and quite well equipped.

Cons: The shower didn’t work well, and the bathroom only had a rain shower, not a regular one, which is not very convenient for an easy shower. The cleanliness might be better. For instance, towels and sheets had some stains, and there was a lot of dust under the bed.

Artsy room in city center

Pros: The room was very well decorated with a theme (in my case, Alice in Wonderland) and they have done justice to it. With pillows, furniture, and walls, all with the theme. The room was very spacious and had all the amenities needed. Very much in the center and not noisy, which makes it easier. Bed was comfortable.

Cons: The room did not have the view. Also, I felt checkin was quite cold, though checkout was good.
