Pros: Very nice and hospitable hosts. We got a map with some important places to visit. Contact is very good, you can write via WhatsApp and ask about everything, they respond immediately. Very comfortable bed. Constant access to the canteen where you can make coffee or tea at any time

Cons: No wardrobe, only a few small open shelves in the hallway and a short clothes rack. We were only for a weekend so it was ok, but for a longer stay it can be an inconvinient.

Perfect Stay !!!! Can only recommend it !!!

Pros: If you like a warm and cosy hospitality where the Family (Owner) is supporting you every day and give you tips and share his experience, you are at the right place. Location is in walking distance to downtown or also to the harbor. The Rooms are spacious and modern equipped. We did not miss anything.

Cons: For sure it is a debate on how soft a Matrass can be... :-) its nothing to complain but I wish it would have been a bit harder...

Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Palermo!

Pros: Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The property is located in a beautifully renovated historic building that perfectly preserves its charm and truly captures the authentic atmosphere of Palermo. The location is ideal, very close to the port and just about a 7-minute walk to the historic city center. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms are fantastic, spacious, clean, and stylishly designed. I highly recommend the restaurant located downstairs in the same building as well, the food is truly excellent! Overall, a fantastic place to stay!

Cons: Honestly, there was nothing to not like

Awesome location, cozy and friendly staff

Pros: It's very well located, close to the main areas of the city and also the port. Everything is roughly 10-15 minutes away if not less! The room is big and clean and the staff is extremely helpful. I arrived in Sicily for the first time ever and during my check-in I got a quick but thorough explanation of the main interesting places to go.

Cons: The bathroom could be better ventilated for after the shower so it doesn't smell if you're about to head out and forget to open the window. Still, it just requires you to open the window so it's not a big deal.
