Great location , comfortable, clean and good value

Pros: Location was very close to everything Was quiet although close to bars restaurant etc

Cons: The shower tray and door could be replaced Clean but needing replacement Initially didn’t like idea of having to go to bar for breakfast ( coffee and croissant) but I actually really enjoyed that

Pros: Excellent location: located on a quiet street within walking distance of all the sights of Palermo. Newly renovated and modern interior. The room is equipped with everything you need: from a comfortable mattress and a choice of pillows for every taste to a bottle of water. Large plasma TV, air conditioning. High-quality plumbing. Hygiene products and a hairdryer are available. Administrator Fabiana, a beautiful and kind Italian woman, was always in touch, promptly answered any questions. She allowed me to check into the room earlier than the allotted time, as soon as the room was cleaned, and also on the day of departure to leave my suitcase in the living room while I walked around the city. The breakfast is sweet, as is customary in Italy. But at the same time, the croissant was the most delicious I tried in Palermo.

Cons: I couldn't adjust the water pressure in the shower, but maybe I didn't understand how to do it myself.

Don't be put off by the exterior. If you need a bolt hole in Palermo this is fine

Pros: Great location and very convenient for the centre of Palermo. Room was spotless and the bed was comfy. Free WiFi was a welcome bonus. This is very close to some great eating places and a stones throw from the theatre Massimo

Cons: Didn't meet the host and was directed to a café around the corner for breakfast. Was not too off putting but just not my preference for staying somewhere. It felt a little impersonal. That said,I did enjoy my stay and have been at larger hotels that have gone out of their way to make my experience impersonal. The host did apologise later as there did seem to be a valid reason for this.
