A good suite close to the centre

Pros: The location of the property was great, a short walk into the centre and in a relatively quiet location. Staff were friendly and generally welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good, lots of options.

Cons: It's not really a problem, but once we were checked in we didn't see/hear from the host, but we didn't need anything so didn't contact them. The staff we interacted with were the staff in the restaurant below the property where breakfast was served. They were friendly but I felt their priorities were really more about the general public who came in. But again we didn't really need more than that from them. I'm not a fan of memory foam beds but again, that's not really a complaint!

Pros: Loved how spacious it was. Very comfy bed, was able to check in at the restaurant below. Very close to the old city to access it well. Hosts were friendly.

Cons: As with many places throughout Sicily, toilet paper must be binned, not flushed

Pros: We stayed in one of the rooms facing to the back witch do not have a view for the streets or the marina. Great location near the city center room with a lot of space, clean and the AC was silent. Great Buffet breakfast in the restaurante below.

Cons: 4 EUR per person in city taxes was just ridiculous, but not their fault. Parking was stressfull and tedious.

Pros: The apartment was beautifull and the location is just perfect to visit Pelermo - close to historical center and port. The service was great and very helpfull. Breakfast was small but really tasty.

Pros: The room was spacious and clean. Short walking distance to the Marina and city centre. Staff were accomodating especially the staff at breakfast. Breakfast was plentiful.

Spacious room not far from the water

Pros: Great location not far from the Palermo pedestrian zone with restaurants and shops around. Our triple room was spacious and comfortable. Friendly host.

Cons: Cups and spoons would have been nice but not a deal breaker.
