Beautiful place, good location and friendly staff.

Pros: Very clean, spacious and beautiful room. Staff were very friendly when we had forgot to bring something and helped direct us to a place we could buy it from - much appreciated.

Cons: When the room was cleaned he towels weren’t replaced except hand towel but didn’t realise until evening by which time there was nobody on the desk.

A perfect location in Palermo with wonderful staff

Pros: This is a wonderful small hotel which was very clean, tidy and had all the amenities you need. The location was perfect and very safe, easy to get to all landmarks by foot. Laura was so so helpful in getting us oriented and helping with recommendations and assistance with parking our car and navigating the ZTL zones. Highly recommend!

Fantastic

Pros: The hotel/guest house has great character. The staff are very friendly. The location is brilliant - close to teatro massimo, puppet show, restaurant/bars, and within easy walking distance to lots of great street markets. It is great value for money!

Cons: Would have liked a bit more fruit at breakfast. The position of the toilet in the junior suite is a bit tight. But these did not outweigh the positives.

Pros: we loved this place, really clean and spacious rooms in a great location. Breakfast was good, and the ladies that looked after us could not have been more helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again.

Cons: Nothing, maybe the fact there was no lift.
