An Oasis in Palermo

Pros: Beautiful modern, tastefully refurbished apartment in a great central location just off Via Roma. Our host was fantastic. Friendly, engaging and super helpful. More like staying with family. Easily the best experience of our Italian trip.

Perfect spot to explore Palermo and vicinity from!

Pros: The staff (Gabriella) and owner (Paula) were delightful to talk to. The breakfast was great. The apartment was just beautifully renovated, so much attention to detail (lights, metal features, plants, bathroom, ...).I chose the location because of the vicintiy to the railway station (we arrived/departed from the airport and we went by train to Cefalu for a daytrip). The apartment is in easy walking distance to the main sights of Palermo.

Cons: Our room was spacious but for a longer stay I would wish for a room with more natural light (ours had a big window to the internal courtyard).

Pros: The room was lovely, the entry instructions were very clear, the breakfast was great, the host was lovely. I only stayed there for a short time but would stay there again!

Cons: I was unaware that there were shared communal areas within the apartment, unless I missed it this wasn't stated and hearing other people in the apartment was quite a shock!

Pros: Such a gorgeous BNB in the most perfect location. Walking distance from the train, and to explore Palermo on foot. The BNB is beautifully renovated in a gorgeous old building. The bed is very comfortable and the breakfast was perfect, and very generous! I really appreciated Paola's communication and recommendations for great restaurants. Thank you. I highly recommend!

Pros: The hosts Paola and Cesare were lovely and communicated well. The rooms were stylishly decorated. The location was fantastic being close (but not too close) to the train station and short stroll to the Kalsa district and walking distance to the historical sites. Breakfast was great and they even packed us a breakfast to go on the day we checked out.
