Perfect place and location

Pros: I booked this place for my husband's birthday suprise. The contact with the manager was Perfect and when we came there was a birthday card and a prosecco waiting for US on the room. Dante, who was taking care of us was so nice and always smiling. We could always count on good recomendations and advice, what made our trip as Perfect as it could be♥️ room was little small, but really nice, cleaned every day. Breakfast and coffee delicious, thank you Dante ♥️

Exceptional location and welcoming hosts

Pros: Excellent communication and very friendly staff. The place is nice and well maintained. Breakfast was very good. Hot drinks available near the rooms. The location is truly perfect—ideal for walking everywhere. Parking options (paid) are a big plus given the central location. The service was very helpful throughout the stay.

A very comfortable stay at the start of the main pedestrian street.

Pros: Excellent location at the start of the main pedestrian street. The stop for the bus to Monreale is a 2 minute walk - a must do. The room was a great size and felt very comfortable. Great breakfast on the terrace.

Cons: Slippers would have been a nice touch.

Pros: I Mori di Porta Nuova was absolutely amazing right at entrance to Royal Palace and gateway to the great streets for restuarants and history.

Perfect for a stay in Palermo.

Pros: Breakfast was everything that you would want. The location outstanding, especially the view from the balcony.

Pros: Outstanding location immediately adjacent to Porta Nuova, less than 3 minutes from Palatine Chapel & Royal Palace complex, convenient to walk everywhere else in the centre. Very comfortable bedroom and bathroom, as well as communal areas. Staff went out of their way to accommodate early check in. Excellent noise insulation despite city centre location, very good night's sleep. NB on-site parking is worth the extra payment as other options are limited.

Cons: Given how excellent the hotel is, the complimentary breakfast was surprisingly mediocre: very limited choice of cereal, bread or fruit. No fresh juice, second rate coffee.

Exactly as described

Pros: It was exactly as described. Great location. Comfortable room.

Cons: A bit noisy at night.

Thoughtful staff made our stay in this charming hotel even better.

Pros: The hotel is charming with beautiful artworks dotted around the rooms and corridors. The location is perfect, being right in the historic centre, about 2 minutes from the Palatine Chapel. It is possible to book a space in their secure car park (but do this when you book the hotel) as there are only a few spaces). The staff are SO helpful and welcoming. They sent me recommendations of restaurants and places to visit before we arrived and even videos to help us as we drove towards the hotel.

Cons: Cant think of anything! I will definitely stay here again if I return to Palermo.

An enjoyable stay in the heart of Palermo

Pros: Turned out to be a great location to stay, a short walk from all the central sights but nice to step slightly away at the end of the day, and literally 10 steps outside of the Porta Nuova and into the hotel. The hotel was stylishly decorated, room was very comfortable (if small), bed very comfortable and bathroom / shower well equipped. Staff were very helpful, with good directions and arrival instructions plus useful tips conveyed by WhatsApp. Breakfast on the roof terrace was very good each morning, although a wider choice of salads etc. would have been appreciated. Thank you.

Great location spacious rooms

Pros: Great location right in the middle of the old historic town. Walking distance to all the major tourist attractions. Breakfast on the terrace was a nice touch. Clean and spacious rooms with a balcony view of Porto Nuova gate.
