Pros: The location is excellent, we were able to park our car right next to the apartment.

Cons: Please note that the toilet flush is very noisy in the room. It sounds like a train passing. There's also no soundproofing, so when other guests enter the hallway and talk loudly, it's all in your room. There were no blankets on the beds either—we covered ourselves with sheets and a bedspread. Breakfast was okay—croissants, cheese, sausage, Nutella, apples, juice, and coffee.

Pros: It is a super cozy place with excellent location. Super recommended.

Pros: Good communication and information from the point of booking and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were thoughtful and provided extra items when we asked. We made use of the baggage storage on the last day, and Miguel was very accommodating. It was fab to have a balcony. The location is excellent!! Two minutes walk from the station and 10 to 15 minutes from places like Quattro Canti, Piazza Bellini and Ballarò market. Handy to have a lift and air con. There are countless places to stay in Palermo, but we have no hesitation to recommend Alberto 1!

Cons: The water pressure is a little variable but it always came right in the end. It's an old, characterful building!

Pros: Veľmi sa nám páčilo, myslím, že pomer cena a kvalita bol veľmi uspokojivý, rovnako ako aj poloha. Majtelia veľmi ústretoví a nechali nám kľúče aj po chceck-oute, aby sme si vedeli prísť pre batohy. Veľmi pekne ďakujeme!

Cons: La doccia se avesse avuto un doccino regolabile sarebbe stato meglio.

Pros: Čisté ubytování v centru Palerma za rozumnou cenu, balkon, kde lze kouřit, milý personál, dostupné parkování, kolem spousta památek, obchodů a restaurací. S klidným svědomím bych sem poslal své kamarády i přijel znova.

Pros: Bed was comfortable. Location was near the train station and other activities. Hosts kept our luggage for a few hours after checkout.

Cons: Mini fridge didn't have a freezer in it.

Pros: Top Lage, super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr nette Gastgeber, alles einfach aber sauber und ideal für Zugreisende, da Nähe Bahnhof.

Cons: Ein Rausfallschutz beim Stockbett oben wäre praktisch.
