Wonderful property, exceeded our expectations

Pros: We stayed here in October and had a wonderful stay. We requested the room with a balcony and the host Dario, graciously accomodated our request. Once we arrived, the property and the room exceeded our expectations and was very cute and charming. The room was spacious and clean and had our very own mini fridge. The balcony was amazing with a breathtaking view of the city and the property is in an ideal location, a few minute walk from the train station (but not in a dodgy or scary area) and just a 15 min walk from all the attractions. The breakfast, although simple, was nice and we enjoyed eating it in the breakfast room. For the price, this accomodation absolutely exceeded our expectations and this will be our no.1 choice if we ever visit Palermo again.

Pros: An excellent place – full of character and perfectly located (5th floor, an 8–10 minute walk to Quattro Canti). The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and cleaned daily – there’s really nothing to complain about. Dario was a fantastic host: helpful, well-organized, and welcoming. The breakfasts also met our expectations – the food was tasty, plentiful, and varied (cheeses, pastries, fruits, jams, cookies, nuts, etc.). It was a delightful stay in a very cozy room. Highly recommended!

Cons: It would be nice to have an iron in the room. Also, it seemed impossible to open the bathroom window, which made it a bit too humid, but those are just minor details – overall, everything was more than satisfying :)

Fabulous BnB in perfect location with wonderful hosts - would definitely return!

Pros: Dario and Giuseppa were really friendly, kind, and helpful. We booked very last minute and then arrived early before the room was ready and they made sure we were comfortable with coffee and treats while we waited and during our stay gave us loads of helpful info about the area, shopping recommendations etc. The BnB and room is super clean, room was really comfortable, private bathroom with toiletries & lots of towels. Breakfast is fabulous -lots of fruit, yoghurt, breads, traditional Sicilian treats and spreads etc. They go to so much trouble to make it enjoyable. The location is beyond Perfect! 5-10 mins walk from central station, Piazza Sant’Anna, nightlife in Kalsa, Ballaro markets, Maqueda, VE street etc. etc. Couldn’t beat it. Despite it being on Via Roma avenue we didn’t hear any noise at night. We would definitely stay here again, thanks so much Dario & Giuseppa!!!!

Funky and central style B&B good value for money.

Pros: I liked location and breakfasts provided. Room was good size with clean seperate bathroom .

Cons: The dark entry and initial appearance

Pros: We rented room no. 5 with 3 single beds. It has a small bathroom inside, unless the other rooms which have it in front of the room, oposite the corridor. We loved the place, the beds were comfortable. There was a little balcony. During night it was a bit loud since the hotel is on a main street. Good air conditioning. All in all, we would choose it again for location and comfort.

Cons: Breakfast could have been a bit more, maybe some italian croissants with vanilla cream and some vegan choices of cheese or salami.

Excellent choice for a stay in Palermo

Pros: The B&B is very central and the room is very comfortable. The breakfast has absolutely exceeded my expectations. We even got offered a granita. To go to the bathroom, you need to go through a corridor. This could be a bit annoying, but for us it was fine.

Well located B&B

Pros: Charming traditional B&B close to the station and convenient for the sights. There is an impressive breakfast spread and the communal table is good for meeting other travelers and exchanging tips on what to see and how to get around. Dario and his team were friendly and helpful.

Pros: The accommodation is located in the center of Palermo. Everything is within a short walk (sights, train stations, port). The staff is very kind and helpful. Dario is an excellent host. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very clean and perfectly equipped. The breakfast was plentiful and very delicious. I wholeheartedly recommend the place to everyone.

Cons: It wasn't. The city is a bit noisy, but that's not the fault of the accommodation.
