Great base for exploring Palermo on foot.
Pros: Walking distance to many attractions. Clean, well organised, purpose built short term accommodation. Very busy street but quiet inside. Secure parking reasonably close by (700m).
Cons: The area is a bit dark when returning at night but we had no problems.

Accommodation close to Palermo's main attractions and having the best host
Pros: Definitely the attentions from Paolo, making our stay more comfortable (plenty of bottled water and biscuits) and enjoyable, were the highlight of our stay. His help exceeded our expectations as he was also giving us a hand with other things like laundry and public transport; we were so lucky to have such a wonderful host. Location of the apartment was superb, very close to the main attractions in Palermo, such as the cathedral and the Royal Palace. The Massimo theatre requires a little bit more walking but not too much. Room had coffee machine, water bottles and plenty of sweet bread for a basic breakfast.
Cons: Nothing really.

Comfortable and affordable stay in Palermo
Pros: It’s very well located, and has a lot of facilities and amenities around it, it’s a close walk to all the touristic areas, markets, monuments, etc….. The bed was comfortable, the toilets were clean, and the host was very kind and attentive.

Pros: Everything was wonderful! Paolo is extremely kind and responsive! The pillow and bed are super comfortable! In the room we were greeted with cold water, coffee, teas and snacks! We had the opportunity to leave our luggage at the location after check out! The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is very clean and smells impeccable! The location is close to the center! The bus stop is opposite, and the train station is a few meters away

Highly recommended
Pros: Great communication, very clear instructions on how to enter the property for the first time, really good location, 5 minutes walk from the cathedral. Spotlessly clean, large bathroom, comfortable beds. Selection of teas and coffee in the room, as well as cold water in the fridge. Our room was extremely quiet, we didn't hear any noises in the night.

Clean, New Apartment with Helpful Host
Pros: I had a great stay in Palermo! The host was super friendly and very helpful, always available if I had any questions. The apartment was new, clean, and fully equipped. Also, the location was perfect — just a short walk to the city center.

Pros: Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! La chambre était propre et spacieuse, très confortable. La salle de bain était vraiment au top, moderne et parfaitement entretenue. Paolo a été formidable, très réactif et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. L’endroit est également très bien situé, ce qui a rendu nos déplacements faciles et agréables. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !
Cons: Le seul inconvénient serait l isolation on entends beaucoup le bruit mais ça reste raisonnable et ne change en rien la note
