Pros: The apartment is very comfortable with big rooms and windows The master room has a balcony that fills the place with sun and light The big kitchen has windows from wall to wall. Full of light and air It even has free parking Giacomo, the owner, is a very respectful and helpful person

Pros: The host is super friendly. You can park at the front of the apartment.

Pros: Totul a fost regula, foarte curat, aproape de centeul orasului.

Pros: Отличная квартира, есть все необходимое. Хозяин очень вежливый, обходительный, встретил в квартире, предоставил всю необходимую информацию. Собственная парковка есть прямо во дворе. До старого города 20 мин пешком.

Cons: Нет посудомоечной машины, но нам это не помешало. Тем, кому это важно, имейте в виду.

Pros: -Parcheggio privato subito sotto l'abitazione -Proprietario molto disponibile e gentile -balcone spazioso

Cons: -vicini a volte troppo rumorosi

Pros: Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, und insbesondere sehr sauber. Der Kontakt mit Gastgeber Giacomo war sehr angenehm, und er stand bei Bedarf jeder Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Es gibt einen Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe. Die Gegend ist weitgehend ruhig.

Cons: Meine eigene Dummheit, mich von Google Maps einen unnötig langen und komplizierten Weg zum Supermarkt lotsen zu lassen. Hier lohnt es sich, in der Via Cipressi einmal kurz links und dann gleich wieder rechts über die rückwärtige Parkplatzzufahrt zu gehen, dann ist der Weg 80 % kürzer.

Pros: Der Gastgeber Giacomo ist super freundlich. Die Lage ist günstig um schnell (10-15') in der Stadt zu sein. Wer das echte Palermo sucht ist hier richtig untergebracht.

Pros: L'emplacement était idéal en plus d'un parking privé á disposition devant notre fenêtre. Quartier calme, on se sent en sécurité ( ns étions 2 femmes) . Appartement très propre,lumineux, correspond au descriptif. Superbe accueil de Giacomo ,au petit soin et des conseils pour visiter,pour se restaurer en plus d'être vraiment disponible si besoin. Nous conseillons vivement cette location. Marie et Carole

Cons: Une demi-heure à pied du centre.

Pros: Appena siamo arrivati, Giacomo ci ha accolti calorosamente e si è subito interessato ad aiutarci quando abbiamo avuto un problema con il noleggio dell’auto. È sempre stato disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze. L’appartamento è spazioso, dotato di aria condizionata e molto pulito. La posizione è perfetta. Consiglio questa struttura al cento per cento.

Excellent logement quand on a une voiture.

Pros: L’appartement est spacieux et propre. Les lits sont confortables. Il y a même une machine à laver et une machine expresso avec des capsules à disposition. Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueilli. Merci!! Bouteille d’eau fraîche et corbeille de fruits à notre arrivée !Nous avons apprécié le parking privé et gratuit à disposition.

Cons: Le quartier n’est pas le plus agréable de Palerme mais en 15 minutes en voiture on peut se garer en plein centre au tribunal dans des parkings sécurisés.
